Kissimmee - 5 BR / 4 BA Vacation Home - Perfect Accomodations for Large Families

Our Vacation Home is located 3 miles from Disney, and just a short drive from Universal Studios & Sea World. Home is nicely furnished with your comfort in mind. It sleeps 10 people comfortably, featuring 2 King Size Master Bedrooms with En-Suite Bathrooms, both with direct access to the pool area, 3rd Bedroom features a Queen Bed with adjacent Bath, while final two bedrooms both have Twin Beds with a Bathroom between. All bedrooms have Flat Screen TV's with Cable. Home features a great open floor plan, with Living Room & Dining Room views of the Pool Area. Free WIFI and a Washer & Dryer are available for your convenience. Pool Area is fully screened in, and features a heated Pool and Spa (NOT A Hot Tub, Spa is same temperature as Pool). There is a removable safety fence & alarms on all doors that open to the pool for children's safety. Garage has been converted into a Game Room, and features a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Flat screen TV & Gaming Console. High Chair & Playpen available if needed. Home is maintained to the highest level, and will always be spotlessly cleaned & welcoming to arriving guests. Management Company will check you into the home & will be available your entire vacation should any issues arise.

Nice place

Property was nice, as advertised. Had an issue with the water heater which the owner and property manager handled very well. It was close to Disney Parks and shopping. I would rent again

Beautiful Vacation Spot

We have been coming down every year, for the last 8 years, to Indian Creek. This was our first time staying at this property. It was above and beyond any other property in the area. The owner was very friendly and had an open line of communication. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would want to have while on vacation. The listing and the pictures are true to what you will see. Location is ideal, for any Disney loving fan, to all the parks. We can't wait to go back next year. Thank you for keeping such a nice vacation home.

Excellent House Real Close to All Disney Parks

Loved the house, all Disney parks were around 15 minutes away. Also just a few minutes from a main road with all sorts of restaurants, a giant Walmart, etc... would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property, especially for larger families. Owner was very helpful and responded very quickly. Home was remarkably cleaned and compared to other properties that other members of my family have rented in the past, this was one of the best. Decor is classy and not gaudy, and great effort has been made to make it like home. Proximity to Disney and other attractions, shopping and restaurants is close. I would absolutely recommend this property and this would be the first one I would look to book again if available. Thanks Terry!
