Located in a gated community close to shopping, parks, convenience stores, and I-4 access, this house is ideally situated for those who want to explore the area. The community itself offers sidewalks throughout, and a paved walking area around the community pond. Within a short scenic drive, you can find must-visit attractions, including SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Studios, and Disney World (Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Blizzard Beach).
One of the main highlights of this lakefront home is the pool area. The pool area features a large enclosed lanai, an outdoor dining area, and an oversized heated pool with an attached spill-over spa and four poolside loungers. It is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the view of the lake without any rear neighbors. The gas grill lets you host summer barbecues while the rest of the group takes a dip in the sparkling waters of the pool.
The air-conditioned retreat boasts a cozy living room that is perfect for relaxing after a fun day exploring the theme parks. You can curl up on the sofa and update your social media using the free high-speed WiFi or stream your favorite show on the smart TV. The kitchen has been upgraded to allow more countertop space, so you can prepare delicious homemade meals with ease. All bedrooms are main suites with smart TVs, and other amenities include a desk with a printer, a washer/dryer, and central AC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
