More than comfort, you'll find luxury and plenty of space in this brand new, two stories and modern decorated vacation home!

With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this spacious home sleeps 14 people comfortably. The first floor features a gourmet kitchen, living room, half bathroom and a mater suite with king size bed. On the second floor, you'll find another master suite with king size bed, 1 queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 Mickey themed bedroom featuring a full and twin size beds with en-suite bathroom as well, a Star Wars bedroom featuring a bunk bed and an Astronaut bedroom with 2 twin size beds. - teens and kids bedrooms are themed decorated adding much more fun for the kids vacation! You'll find a flat screen TV’s in each room.

The open concept floor allows everyone to be together, whether you are cooking dinner for the family or just watching your favorite show on one of the flat screens TV.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steal appliances, granite counter top, breakfast bar and more!

This beautiful villa has a large privacy screened deck and swimming pool area, chaise loungers, dining table and chair broil. The house features even a game room with Foosball and ping pong table. Located in the spectacular Windsor at Westside Resort, 10 minutes driving from Walt Disney World, this house is a perfect spot for your vacation!

**Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**


Fully equipped laundry with washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi and free parking are included along with access to the beautiful 10,000 square feet club house, resort style pool, lazy river, tiki bar, fitness center, sundry shop, video arcade and other amenities!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house accommodated our 3 families well even with the last addition of a family member. The adults used the pool at the house more than the kids did. The kids enjoyed the large pool on property along with the lazy river. The water temp was perfect to us and there was plenty of available lounging. The house was close to the attractions and grocery stores that we used.

Condition of property well below standard

Our stay at this vacation rental was a nightmare. We discovered that the dishwasher was full of mold, making it completely unusable. The smell was unbearable, and it was clear that no one had bothered to clean it in a long time.We contacted the property manager for help, but a manager would never return our calls. It was incredibly frustrating, and we felt completely ignored. Not only was the dishwasher a health concern, but the lack of response from the management made the situation even worse.I would never stay here again and highly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to deal with unaddressed issues and poor customer service.

The Wisconsin family get away

We had a fantastic time in Florida. The house fit our needs perfectly. The kids loved the pool & had a a blast. The house was beautiful, well maintained & managed well. A few of the kitchen utensils were broken & I contacted the property manager who took care of the problem effectively!

We had a great trip. There isn’t one complaint. The house is in a safe location. The pictures and description were accurate. Gifted Photographer.

They had to have had a photographer that knew exactly where to take to pictures from to make everything look bigger. Other than that it was awesome, and I wish that I wouldn't have scheduled so much time in Disney so that we could have enjoyed chilling at the house more. If I ever need a photographer Id like to have that ones number.

Massive community pool, lazy river, complimentary arcade, poolside bar and lounge for parents.... great fun! Location was great as well.... only 1 exit away from Disney theme parks. Would definitely stay again.

Dirty toilet ants and bed bugs

We had a quick response on the dirty toilet downstairs it took a day for the exterminator to get there for the ants and we could not use one bedroom because of the bed bugs the furniture had spots all over it but we had to cover it up since we didn't have the use of one of the bedroom's, and when we call and spoke to Cindy she was very helpful but Sophia act like she didn't even care, it was our worst vacation ever
