Our villa is located at Tuscan Ridge, a prestigious, quiet and beautiful community in the heart of Florida. It is just off US Hwy 27 and 3 miles north of I-4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in 20 minutes or play a lot of world-class golf courses, some located just 10 minutes off Tuscan Ridge.

You will love the villa’s open plan design with cozy and spacious living room, with a view of the pool area and direct access to the pool through the patio door. The living room is beautifully decorated, with comfortable sofas. The master bedroom (king bed) has an en-suite bathroom and a direct access to the pool. One Queen Bedroom (2nd Master Bedroom) and two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen opens into the living area with a formal dining room for special occasions and to a breakfast room. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. All rooms have flat TVs (ROKU TV): a large flat 46" Smart TV in the living room and 42" TV in the master bedroom.

You will enjoy a screened pool and padded pool furniture. Pool heating is available upon request and for an additional charge. The pool is protected with child safety fencing to help keep children safe. The pool area is private – it is not overlooked.

The game room features a professional grade slate pool / billiard table and a table tennis. Your little ones are most welcome to the villa. A high chair and two strollers are waiting for them, as well as a pack 'n play. There is a separate laundry room in the villa.

FREE fast unlimited internet connection with WIFI is provided in the home and the pool area - all for your convenience.

There is a gas grill (BBQ) available - FREE of charge to our guests.

The Tuscan Ridge Community also has a communal tennis court - FREE of charge.

The villa is privately owned and local support is provided through a professional and efficient local property management company.

After full payment has been received, guests receive a 4-digit code for the door of the villa. This is a very convenient way how to get into the villa as you can arrive at any time and you do NOT need to drive to another location to check-in. In addition, guests receive a detailed ARRIVAL INFORMATION Document (incl. contact details of the local property manager).

The villa is easily reachable from the Orlando International Airport - approx. 35 minutes (32 miles, easy drive). The ARRIVAL INFO document contains detailed driving instructions.

Other distances: Disney World Magic Kingdom: approx. 15 miles and 22 minutes using Interstate Highway 4 (I-4). The Universal Studios: approx. 30 minutes, located next to I-4.

We had a great time. Smoke alarm went off during our stay and we let the owner know. Battery was promptly changed. Property manager also brought over large pool decal to cover hole in pool floor. The owner was very attentive to our needs and any issues that came up. We enjoyed our stay here.

Charming villa set in beautiful location.

This villa is located in Tuscan Ridge a pleasant well maintained estate. The villa is well equipped with a good pool and pool heat available. All the necessary bits and pieces for a pleasant holiday were supplied.

Get away in Davenport

Great house close to a selection of golf courses, shopping and variety of restaurants. Often we have paid at other rentals for a heated pool and pool heaters don’t work. This pool was consistently warm.

Great stay

I enjoyed my stay at this property and would stay here again! The positives are the property was nice and had plenty of room for my family and the neighborhood was quiet. I really enjoyed sitting outside in the lanai at night just relaxing and enjoying peace and quiet. The negative was on our check-out morning there was ants in the master bathroom also because it stormed a few days there were a lot dead bugs that fell into the pool but that’s mother nature. A recommendation would be to update the living room furniture, there are worn spots on the sofa.

Nice for the Price

The property was tidy and comfortable. Also, approximately 20-30 minutes from theme parks, and located in a peaceful neighborhood with decent access to shopping. However, sliding door to patio needs repair and lawn did not appear maintained. Aside from this my family totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you to the host who was attentive and responded to concerns/questions promptly.

Perfect family vacation home

This house was the perfect size for my family of 6. The kids really enjoyed the pool, we swam every single day. They also really enjoyed the table tennis in the game room. We loved having a door to the patio from the master bedroom. The code provided for entry was incorrect but a quick call to the property managaement had that corrected in no time. We also had an issue with one of the tvs and this was replaced immediately. Communication with the owner was very easy and prompt as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean home with plenty of room and fun for the whole family

The house was very well maintained and very clean. We did have to skim the pool, but it appeared to probably be due to recent rain knocking debris thru the screen cover since we had to do it again after a thunderstorm. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels, pillows, and blankets. The pool table in the garage was nice on our off days between Disney visits. We did have to clean the gas grill since the last guests did not after cooking something extremely greasy. All in all, it was a wonderful place for our week stay.

Family Reunion Vacation

We enjoyed our stay overall. The property was clean and the location was great. I would have liked to have had more supplies like trash bags and bathroom tissue. We ran out very quickly and had to make a run on the first day. Knowing the quantities would have helped to know what to bring. The kids really loved the pool. We contacted the property manager about a needed repair, he was very courteous and professional and the response was very prompt. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Perfect villa for our needs

What a great stay! Lovely apartment, with all the amenities we needed as a family. Everything has been thought about. The pool and games room were a highlight for our 7 year old. Everything you needed to self cater was provided, although we elected to eat out most nights. The measure of a holiday property is that you don’t need to think about anything … and we really didn’t! Absolute home from home. The only issue we had was attended to with real efficiency. Particularly want to mention how easy it was to communicate with Vera and Petr the owners. They were so, so helpful. The area was perfect for us - near Champion’s Gate, with shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby. We were travelling in to Disney each day, rather than Universal, so staying south of Disney worked absolutely fine. Overall, Thoroughly recommended!

Disney trip

This was our third year going to Disney & this was the best property this far. I would most definitely book again. The property was clean & well spaced. We actually had way more space than we needed. The only problem that we had is the smoke detector, the battery needs to be changed out because it beeped all night & disturbed my sleep a tad bit. There was also spiderwebs in the ceiling fans & lamps & my kids are terrified of spiderwebs lol. Those are easy fixes though, we will most definitely book again.

Loved this dated property

Firstly I’d like to say how good Joel (maintenance) was in responding to both issues we had. Both related to the pool area and more an inconvenience than anything else. This villa is clean but it is old and should have money spent to bring it to a standard where you could confidently and fairly award 5 stars. However, it has everything you need, is ideally located for Disney, although not Universal, the pool is good and the surrounding area safe and well kept. There are issues with things like carpets, which without doubt need changing. They may be clean but who really knows with carpet, they appear ancient. The same can be said of the pool and table tennis tables. I don’t think items in these conditions should be advertised as a benefit to renting here. You’ll likely pay a fair bit more for other villas in this area, but they are likely to give you the ‘wow’ factor too. If you want to save the pennies for other parts of you holiday, give this a try.

An absolute gem!

We - 2 adults + 2 teenagers - booked this lovely villa for a 3 week stay in August 2024. We immediately recieved all the relevant information from the owner, Vera. The communication was great prior and during our stay. The villa itself was immaculately clean (which is really important to us) and had everything we needed. It was so refreshing to find a fully equipped kitchen in self-catering accommodation. The beds were very comfortable and everything suited us perfectly. I've seen some other guest comments saying the property is perhaps older than others. It may be in some ways, but that does not affect it's comfort or functionality at all, don't let that put you off or you could miss out. Our teenage children made the most of the pool, it's a good size and regularly maintained by a friendly pool man! It also has the sun all day which kept the water a perfect temperature. The villa location was also great - out of the way of the hustle and bustle of central Orlando on a very quiet estate. We saw bald eagles fly over and also had a visiting racoon one evening! On average it took us about 25 mins to get to every Disney park and 40 mins to Seaworld & Universal. We used Google Maps to plan our journeys as it found the best routes to avoid traffic and postitively, there are many route options from the villa's location to the parks. The I4 can be a car park, so it was great to be able to avoid it at busy times! We highly recommend this villa and would there stay again.

Another Amazing Stay!

We had another amazing stay at this location. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home.
