"We booked this property due to the number of bedrooms, cleanliness, pool and location to ESPN. The property was so fun with it's themed rooms, grotto pool and openness of the kitchen and living space. The property inside was super clean. There is a racoon who lives among the property and unless your trash is in the bins, it will go through your trash. With that said, the prior tenants left their trash out of the bins and trash was scattered along the side of the house which was unsightly. The Management Company took care of all the trash. The pool cleaners also told us to let them know if the racoon does anything to the pool and they would come and clean it up. Fortunately, the racoon stayed out of the pool. The one item missing was hand soap in the powder room and kitchen but that is very minor to us. Communication was excellent, customer service always answered our calls without having to leave a message. This house is definitely on our radar to book again for next year. "

"House was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone .The grandkids loved the pool and everyone loved the theatre room .Check in was a breeze , and property management always answered emails and questions quickly . Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby , and the Oasis club was beautiful !!"

"Our weekend at Upstay was amazing. The house was beautiful, in a great location, and had everything that we needed for our celebration weekend. The hosts were fantastic. They helped us get all of our guests checked in, even late at night and over the weekend. We will definitely stay again in the future. "

"Cleaning needs improvement chair cushions dirty, front porch stains from trash needs to be pressure washed. Found projector screen wasnt operational after setting everything up outside to watch movie. jacuzzi had no hot water"

"This house had everything we could ask for. The location was ideal for our family. Any maintenance issues were dealt with immediately. We would recommend this house to a family looking for home away from home for their vacation. Diane "

"The house was a good size for our families, and the kids especially loved the Mario slide room—it was a fun highlight for them. However, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. Just two hours before our scheduled check-in, we were notified that we had to delay our arrival by 2.5 hours, which was extremely inconvenient given we were already on our way. When we finally arrived, the house had a strong smell of marijuana, and some of the pillowcases were dirty. There were also marijuana joints left in the driveway, which was concerning given that we had kids with us. The pool also had a safety gate which would have been great for the kids but unfortunately it did not close all the way properly so there was a gap they could still fit through. Initially, we were only offered a 75 reimbursement for the inconveniences the first night, which felt inadequate given the circumstances. They finally offered more of a reimbursement after a few going back and forth but we still felt this was not enough. The community clubhouse was also overcrowded and not as relaxing as we’d hoped. Additionally, the street the house was on felt more like a block party at night—loud music, people outside late, and more marijuana use.While the house itself had potential, these issues made the overall experience disappointing for us. Hopefully, the host addresses these concern for future families. "
