The Crete Sunshine Villa has just been recently remodeled and is ready for you to book! This private villa offers new updated furniture, flooring and paint (inside out). This lovely villa is the definition of the perfect vacation home, luxury style. After a long day from the theme parks, shopping, or adventuring the local Orlando area there is beautiful pool oasis to relax in. You just found your dream vacation home in Kissimmee, close to Disney. This exceptional property is located in the high-end gated subdivision of Windsor Hills, the closest five star community to Disney (only 2 miles)!
Welcome HOME. This renovated luxury villa sleeps 11 guests. We have two main floor master bedroom suites (king size) that face the pool and a 3rd queen bedroom also on the lower level.
Upstairs you’ll find a tropical bedroom King bed and ensuite bath and a Toy Story themed bedroom with a twin bed and a full bed with its own ensuite
We also have a newly updated temperature controlled star wars themed game room
The Large pool deck and lanai surrounding the private pool and spa will offer you sun all day long (the pool and lanai are south and west facing), with complimentary heat !
Finally: Your reservation gives you complimentary access to the Windsor Hills Club House. It features luxury lifestyle amenities: Bar, marketplace, water park, movie theater, arcade, tennis courts, basketball courts, and fitness center.**

Fabulous Sunshine Villa

Wow we were blown away with this Villa & we’ve stayed in around 10 before. Easy door key code entry. Huge welcome goodies basket. Large beds in all the bedrooms- super comfortable mattresses. En suite to every bedroom offering privacy with quality fixtures & granite work tops. Fully stocked kitchen everything you could need & more provided. Coffee pod machine with pods ! Cold filtered water & ice from the large refrigerator much appreciated. Comfy seating area with large flat screen TV. Huge pool with jacuzzi attached. You can actually swim In this one. Great games room Hubby loved the pool table. I loved the washing machine & dryer. Great resort, gated & safe. Highly recommended & so close to the 192, restaurants & Disney
