This Signature Estate vacation home bordering a conservation area has 12 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms including 9 master bedroom suites and 3 themed bedrooms “Beauty and Beast", "Star Wars", and "Avatar". This unique home has 3 stories with its private elevator inside the house, providing guests easy access to each floor and great look out view from the top story. Each bedroom has its own LED TV and Blu-ray player. For hours of fun in the sun, the home features a large private pool with a waterfall and grotto, spillover spa, grand patio area and lanai with a summer kitchen, fireplace and outdoor TV. Inside, your entire family or group will be delighted by amenities like an HD cinema-style home theater with 13 luxurious leather recliners, and pool/billiards table & a wet bar. The "Harry Potter" themed game room is equipped with more arcade machines, such as air hockey table, ping pong table, gaming station. Living area comes with 70" LED Smart TV and in wall speaker; gourmet kitchen and two pool view patio balconies. It also has complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access and two laundry areas.

Cheer Parents and Cheerleaders

We booked this property due to the number of bedrooms, cleanliness, pool and location to ESPN. The property was so fun with it's themed rooms, grotto pool and openness of the kitchen and living space. The property inside was super clean. There is a racoon who lives among the property and unless your trash is in the bins, it will go through your trash. With that said, the prior tenants left their trash out of the bins and trash was scattered along the side of the house which was unsightly. The Management Company took care of all the trash. The pool cleaners also told us to let them know if the racoon does anything to the pool and they would come and clean it up. Fortunately, the racoon stayed out of the pool. The one item missing was hand soap in the powder room and kitchen but that is very minor to us. Communication was excellent, customer service always answered our calls without having to leave a message. This house is definitely on our radar to book again for next year.

Great location. House had many small repairs needed. Refrigerator, coffee pot, food stuck on curtain to pool, shower in one room broken knob and didn’t work.

Family Vacation

Great house that fit our family of 32, plenty of space and the pool area was a hit with everyone!! A couple issues were that only one dishwasher worked and the other was missing a latch to close, the outdoor grill vent seems to need a good cleaning cause he did not suck up the smoke from grilling and one of the bedroom showers was missing a handle to turn on. Coffee makers also need to be replaced only one worked plus a big 30 cup worked. We reached out to the service people and they assured us they would take care of things and they did and ordered the replacement parts! Overall it was a great vacation home and loved the location!!

Beautiful property

This house was perfect for our soccer families with mix of adults and teen age girls. Couple little issues as there always is with a big house and party, but they were quickly resolved.I would recommend a binder that explains all the little things like where the extra remotes are kept, batteries, how to use the heater for the pool/spa (apparently it’s a new system and info sent in welcome email not correct), and how to use the fire places. Would save lots of calls to the host. Overall I give the place a solid 9 and would stay again.

Great family vacation

The house offered more than enough space for six families to spread out and come together in comfort. The house is located near plenty of activities including restaurants, Disney and Universal. While everything is close in miles, be aware that traffic is often ridiculous on I-4 and therefore adds extra minutes to the commute.

Disney Family Trip

We had 12 adults and 3 children stay at this wonderful house hosted by Diamond Vacation Homes. It was a great week, house was clean and stocked and as described. The small items that we had questions for were answered within minutes. I have already booked for a golf trip with friends and referred another group to this property. We will be back. Thanks CD

EXCELLENT

This property and entire complex is full of incredible homes. This house was like a small hotel. We used it for a work meeting of 10 people and found it to suit our needs well. Safe neighborhood, great restaurants nearby. Close to airport and Disney. House had everything we needed and more. It was well stocked and these people are professionals. 24 hour access for problems. We had an issue with the hot tub and it was tended to and fixed by Diamond Vacation Homes immediately. Will be back.

“85th” Birthday Celebration

Our Stay was Absolutely Fantastic! The property is Huge and Gorgeous. Our Mother turned 85 and we celebrated with her Sisters, Nieces, Granddaughter and Friends. The Air had a Hiccup but Management sent alternative Air immediately! Everything looked exactly as advertised. Management supplied more than needed in the Mansion. It was MINDBLOWING! The Elevator was Such a Blessing, the majority of us were 60+. The Movie Theater was so much Fun! We all had a BLAST in the Jacuzzi and Pool. Check out was Simple and Easy! Thank you.

House review

Took too long for the host to communicate back. Carpet and some sheets and blankets were dirty in a couple of rooms. Tub was dirty in star wars room. The pool was dirty. Problem with the air condition. A couple of other issues.

Mixed experience

So in general there are some minor and some major issues for this rental Minor stuff - ex: some of the bathrooms did not have body wash / soap - ( 2 of them) . We shared and managed but shouldn't have had to Major stuff - construction next door was a a major pain plus we had paint fumes coming through the backyard - no extra blankets/ throws in theatre room - did not know where the pool towels were until I called - a simple guest book would help. - stray cat - still here after contacting you folks on this over 2 days ago. The people that come are unsuccessful and maybe you you call the humane society. We have 2-3 people with cat allergies that were very nervous about being in the backyard because of the cat. Most importantly we hope the cat can get a proper home vs hiding here. - theatre room setup was not easy! Some of the remotes did not have working batteries Microwave frame is broken and at angle - aesthetically shows that house is not being maintained Dishwasher does a poor job cleaning dishes And now this water leak in the bedroom (2nd floor - one section of the roof that is not covered by third floor) - sent you a picture of this also - hopefully it will get fixed. We put a plastic jug underneath it to catch the leak. On the good side - you guys have been responsive when we have called - example dropping off extra towels etc . The bedrooms are also of good size.

Fun

This place was perfect for our large family. But the double oven weren’t cleaned. The bedding had been soiled with something white. The big problem was the air conditioner. The third floor air conditioner NEVER got cold. My guest had to sleep downstairs on the sectional sofa. We called in management to fix the air but to no avail, they didn’t get repaired.

Work Trip

I had brought 10 people down for a work trip and had plenty of room to spare! The rooms were very spacious, and everyone was able to have an en suite. my check in process was difficult at first, but quickly realized it was my mistake as I was trying to enter the code into the lock box and not on the door keypad. I called and received a call back shortly after! Great response time! I will say that there are some minor things that need to be addressed from the owner: Microwave house was falling off Both trash/recycling slide outs, do not really slide out Both dishwashers were not working properly. One didn't shut and the other was missing the wheels on the bottom rack. So, we ended up cleaning dishes by hand. Grill needs to be repaired. The ignitor doesn't work and most of the burners are rusted out. So, the flame becomes uncontrollable. The games in the garage were not on and there were no instructions on how to use them. The AC in the garage did not work, so it quickly became too warm in there and everyone had to do something else. Overall, the minor things I have mentioned above did not stop us from having a great time and enjoying the nights we were there!

Reunion of friends

This property is great for a group of 12-16 people. The kitchen/great room and all the bedrooms are spacious. The pool and spa was fun to use. So was the home theater and pool table. The host/property managers are extremely responsive. Highly recommend this property.

There are a few items that should be addressed for a property of this caliber. - microwave housing - trash can drawers don’t slide - dishwasher drawers don’t slide - master bath hairdryer and toilet paper holder loose from wall. The property is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

TERRIBLE

This was the WORST vacation rental home by far that we’ve ever stayed at! We stayed from Thursday-Monday. We asked for an early check in but was told there were guest checking out the same day that we would be checking in so we couldn’t. Totally understood, we arrived at 3:45 p.m. and waited outside until it was time to check in. But when 5:00 p.m. came and it was time to check in, the cleaning crew was still inside. We had to LITERALLY walk in to let them know that it was check in time! When entering the property we started to do a check of the property for damages. We noticed that the floors were still wet, the dishwasher was still going, curtains in some bedrooms were ripped, blinds broken, pool wasn’t cleaned, movie projector wasn’t working, elevator wasn’t working, ice hockey game not working, mold in the ice maker, and trash under the pillows in the couch!!! (People we found enough toenail clippings for 10 people under the pillows of the couch) We called the staff to address the issues, so they had to come back after looking like they had already did (ABSOLUTELY NO CLEANING) to fix the elevator and movie projector. They told us that someone would be back to fix the air hockey game on Saturday but no one called or ever came by. I asked Lillia who was the person of contact for the property was there a corporate number, person of contact, or email that she could provide to me. NOTHING! Legal action is coming. Stay away from this property.

Family reunion

The home was amazing. There were 20 of us and room for everyone. The home is well insulated and was quiet. The pool and hot tub were warm and very comfortable to be in. We cooked a lot of our own meals and the kitchen served us well. When we had a problem it was addressed quickly. We were very satisfied.
