DINING AREAS and KITCHEN

Large open concept kitchen with island is perfect for entertaining and easy serving for the kids or guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a quick meal or a large family meal. The kitchen opens up to the living room; equipped with sectional sofa / couch and a large flat screen TV! Just off the kitchen you'll find a stunning dining room area that seats 6!

UPSTAIRS LOFT - THE RETREAT

Upstairs your kids will enjoy access to the loft featuring a 65”Flat Screen TV, PS4 Gaming System with 3 controllers and assorted PS4 games all to themselves!

CHILD FRIENDLY
Included in the home is the use of the Pack-n-Play (travel cot) and highchair. There are also children's plates, cups and utensils. Finally, the pool features a child safety fence!

LAUNDRY
There is a full size washer and dryer (2 dryer balls), iron and ironing board, and pool towels.

PRIVATE POOL
Everyone loves the pool area! Take advantage of the private east facing pool! Relax on the sun loungers or the outdoor patio couch and chairs. Enjoy al fresco dining (dining set for 6). A child safety fence is also set up/available around the pool area!

POOL HEAT DESCRIPTION

* The pool can be heated on request and for an additional charge.
* Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in summer.
* Pool heat is set to 88 degrees F. The achieved temperature will vary according to the weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed.
* The pool heater runs for approximately 12-15 hours each day and will turn off overnight.

POOL HEAT PRICING
* Pool heat is $35 per night for a minimum of 4 nights.
* Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of your stay. Exceptions can be made to stays longer than 14 nights.
* Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid an additional activation fee of $40. This fee is payable to enable an engineer to attend to the activation of the system.

For the BBQ grill, We have a brilliant rental partner who can deliver a serviced and clean grill to you. It's $45 set up fee + $30/tank

* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets

* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
