The house was perfect and very well situated. The owner responded quicky to our all of our questions. We had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend the villa to any family visiting Orlando!

Great Getaway

The Villa was clean, spacious, was in a gated community and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Our host Katie was exceptional and answered any questions and/or concerns promptly and was very friendly and helpful. There are 2 Clubhouses on this gated community, which was an added plus. Our family enjoyed all the amenities and especially the Lazy River. The location is perfect and very close to all the Florida attractions. I highly recommend this beautiful Villa and hope to have the opportunity to rent it again. Thank you, Katie and Craig, for this wonderful opportunity.

Great location nice place

House was great, we are a large family. It’s in a great location. The pool is a lot smaller than expected from the photos and water level low but over all easy to communicate with host.

Surprise Birthday Trip

The property was great and the host was very responsive. The issue was there were no wash cloths available. Also, the property location description was not accurate. It said close to Disney, but was really 30-40 minutes away, especially with traffic

Villa was super clean and just as pictured. Katie the host was great to deal with. Responded to questions super fast. The open floor plan was perfect for our family of 6 to enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner and a few days at Disney.

Everything we were looking for in a family vacation

This was the perfect place to spend time with family. The pool at the condo was perfect for relaxing and grilling. It was not too deep so my nephew could enjoy himself too. It had ample space and all the necessities were provided. I would definitely come back again!

It was lovely and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The host went out of our her way to make our stay very comfortable. When the dryer wasn’t working, she sent a mechanic to fix it. Even though it broke again after he left, she offered the send the housekeeper to dry our clothes. We didn’t feel Comfortable with that so we did the natural by hanging them outside. Other than that, our stay was lovely.

The best of all time

Katie is the best!! When we arrive to the house we was welcomed with a Birthday banner for my son. The house was beautiful and it’s in a gated community. I will definitely book with Katie again.

Great Rental

The house was clean and large enough for our family of 6+. The pool was clean and refreshing to have to swim anytime that we wanted. The clubhouse was really nice to have on days we did not go to parks. The renters were very helpful and responded to any questions or concerns very quickly. We would definitely recommend this rental and would stay again.

Family vacay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything was as listed online. communication with the owner was always fast and very accommodating. The kids enjoyed the pool in the back yard and the lazy river at the clubhouse! We will be returning next year! My family and I had a great time. Great property! Great host!
