The room was spacious as is the bathroom, very clean, mattress extremely comfortable, I would recommend putting on the "top bed sheet" and then the white bedspread which was pretty but a bit rough against skin. All areas were new, well kept and very nice. Negatiives: Parking is very stressful, there's a driveway with a 2 car garage and 7 parking spaces....you have to know who is leaving when, which is impossible if you don't know the other guests, you're always afraid of blocking or being blocked, we had to move our car, once at night & again a knock on our door in the morning. Host & hostess are very gracious about it but again, stressful. Also rooms do not have A/C control nor fans, they keep it at 76 & 77, not very comfortable, luckily 2 of the nights it was cooler but hot to get dressed in the am. Maybe put fans in the rooms, it would help! Would highly recommend & would definitely stay again, excellent room for the price......just be aware of the above.

My stay at this guest house was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to Walmart and other stores. However, my initial contact with staff was frustrating; the person we reached didn’t speak English well and became aggressive when we had trouble understanding each other. This almost made us reconsider our stay, but communication improved once we contacted them through Expedia. The room was clean and secure, but there were issues with comfort. The blanket was too thin and bumpy, and there was no clear way to request more. The pool had limited hours, and we couldn't use it during our stay. Additionally, the bathtub was missing a plug, and breakfast, advertised as free, turned out to cost more and had late hours, which didn’t suit us. The parking was tight, and I wished we could have eaten in the room or worn shoes upstairs. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience felt safe, but it lacked some key comforts and flexibility.
