Please Note:
• We are happy for guests to bring their pets and small dogs are acceptable. However, they are not allowed on furnishings or beds for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes. Substantial extra charges will apply if this or any damage occurs. If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding (sheets and duvet) for your personal use.
• The pool/spa heater can only be set for a minimum of 3 consecutive days, and the temperature is set to 89 F or 104 F
• Strictly No Smoking, Events or Parties. Additional charges of $250 will be assessed if evidence of smoking or Party is found

Starter Supplies:
• Kitchen: 1 dish sponge, dish soap, hand soap, 1 paper towel, 1 dishwasher capsule, 2 trash bags,
• Bathrooms (each): hand soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 2 toilet paper rolls
• Laundry: 1 capsule

Kitchen and bathroom supplies are starter amounts, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay. You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount.
