• Present booking confirmation at the gatehouse

• Self check-in with smart lock for easy and secure access



Parking:

• Free onsite parking available just outside of the townhouse, on a first come-first served basis

• Overflow day parking available at the clubhouse (no overnight parking allowed)

• Please don't park on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed



Resort Access:

• Guests are provided with complimentary access to Solara Resort.

• Clubhouse amenities are available daily from 8am to 9pm, 8am-10pm every Thurs-Sun starting June 18 and include pools, splash pad, playground, FlowRider surf simulator, restaurant, tiki bar, yoga lawn, and fitness center.

• FlowRider usage incurs additional fees; please present your reservation to gain entry.

Located in a gated Westside Kissimmee community between US 192 and ChampionsGate, the neighborhood offers convenient access to theme parks, dining, shopping, golf, and outdoor recreation. The surrounding area provides a peaceful residential setting while keeping major Orlando attractions and everyday conveniences within easy reach.

A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your card at booking. This is an authorization only:
