With enough to keep you busy and having fun all day, you’ll love relaxing in the cozy living room during leisure moments. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for convenient cooking at home. Spend quality time sharing meals at the kitchen island with barstool seating or the formal dining table for 7. This home sleeps up to 13 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a smart tv and bunk beds with a queen size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #4 has 2 twin size beds and a smart tv.
Bedroom #5 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
The HOA do not admit “commercial vehicle” this is categorize for any company logo on the any type of vehicle. No logos on cars.
The home has an additional half and full bathroom.

- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
