Modern Resort-Style Stay

Perfect getaway to unwind and relax. This fully remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located within the amazing Ventura Country Club. A secured gated golf resort community. Some of the amenities include: pools, pickle ball courts, clubhouse, restaurant, bar, gym, 18 hole golf course, playground and tennis courts. This is resort living at it's best!
Perfect ground floor unit located within steps of community pool and spa. Easy access from parking lot right into the unit. Great for loading and unloading during your stay. Delightful open floor plan! A full renovation was just completed on the entire unit. Unit is equipped with brand new appliances.
Guest access
Private community with a 24 hour manned gate. Guests need to be registered at the main gate. This unit is set up for full time hosting, you have full private access to the unit.
Other things to note
For your convenience the trash dumpster is located on the parking lot across our unit.

No parties. No gatherings of any kind. No pets. No loud noises after 10pm. No smoking of any kind anywhere inside the unit, including the porch. Must be 21 years of age to book. Only registered guests allowed at property. Maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Must notify of any damages immediately upon discovery.

Great stay!

Was in town for grandson’s golf tournament, was perfect for us, close to the tournament site and easy to get around the area. Lots of good restaurants and stores in the area.Would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay

Our Stay

Outstanding accommodations, reasonably priced, excellent customer service. We were here for my father-in-law’s funeral. I left my computer bag upon leaving and the owner called me promptly to report. The cleaning staff waited for my return to pick up. Thank you for your caring and patience. We will stay here again!

Comfortable & convenient getaway

We visited Orlando to see our kids & 7 month old grandson. We knew we would be watching the baby and would probably have the kids stay a night or two with us, so this condo was perfect for all of us. We were also able to enjoy the resort-like setting with some fun pool time, pickleball and nice walks around the neighborhood. This was a clean, comfortable & convenient place to call home for a week. Thank you!

Quiet, secure, and spotless

My daughter and I went to see The Rolling Stones for our stay. Unfortunately she became very ill the night before. So having her rest in a quiet and clean environment was perfect for her. The cleanliness, updated decor, and amenities are A+! Thank you!

Another great stay at Ventura

This was our second year renting this unit. Everything still wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Owner very good with prompt communication. Love location as it’s within walking distance to the fitness center and 19th Hole Restaurant. Guys loved the golf course and the ladies took part in exercise classes and line dancing. Loved staying there.

Perfect Orlando Condo

We highly recommend this two bedroom, two bathroom option. It is recently remodeled with new appliances and is located in a secure and quiet country club community. The kitchen is well stocked as well as the linens. We do suggest that all renters enter off Woodgate as you will need to provide identification to security at that gate to obtain the guest pass. The Atrium address access point is only for residents.

Fair price and clean

The check-in process was quick and easy. Easy access to condo on 1st floor. Unit clean. It had all the amenities I needed. Neighborhood was quiet. Unit right next to pool. I’ve got nothing bad to say.

Beautiful Stay in the Ventura Country Club

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and the host communicated very well with us. We did have trouble operating the shower control - we have to pull the handle with force outward for the water to come on - then left and right for temperature. The hose responded with directions quickly. Thank you. Some touch-up paint on the showers/tubs and back entry will really set this place in mint condition. Maybe some dimmable switches for the bathrooms (very bright). Wonderful place. Very nice place - quiet - loved the canopies of oak trees all over the property.

Wonderful condo

We had a great stay at this condo. It was convenient to family we were visiting. The condo was very clean and just as shown in the listing. The country club development was very nice. quiet and secure. The only complaints I have is that the thermostat would not stay on the temp I set it on (I assume it was on a program) and the unit was hard to find after dark. I would suggest providing a map of the complex as the building/unit numbers are hard to see in the dark. Also the sink faucet in the master bath needs a warning label if you turn it on high you get drowned. The owner was very responsive.
