I personally designed and decorated every corner of it, from the hand-painted bunk rooms and painted arch to the Mario-style arcade, with a lot of love and care. The propane tank is provided at no charge; if it runs out during your stay, refills are at your own cost at a gas station just minutes away.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of laundry detergent, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap and sponge, paper towels, salt, pepper, assorted spices, toilet paper, and aluminum foil



✹ PARKING: Free parking up-to 3 cars is available in the large driveway. The community also has a free EV charger in the clubhouse parking lot for your convenience.



✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace outside the second bedroom.



✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n Play, high chair, pool safety fence, pool alarm on the patio door, and more.



✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

★★ GOOD TO KNOW ★★



✹ Self check-in with a keypad smart lock; your personal code is sent before arrival. Check-in is 4:00 PM. Windsor Hills is gated, so please send the names of all guests at least 48 hours before arrival.



✹ Rental agreement and ID verification: all guests must complete both within 48 hours of booking. The reservation is not final until both are done.



✹ Damage protection: accidental damage under $500 is covered at no extra cost. Please tell us right away if anything breaks. Damage from parties, smoking, pets or misuse is not covered.



✹ Security cameras: four exterior cameras (front door, front of the house near the garage, and two on the side of the home), plus a Ring doorbell at the front door. There are no cameras inside the property.



✹ No parties or events.



✹ Pool, spa, grill, games, bunk beds and resort amenities are used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard; children must be supervised at all times. The grill gets very hot and is for adult use only.



✹ Optional pool and spa heating: $35 per night, taxes included, for the whole stay (pool 87–90°F, spa 98–100°F). Please request it at least 48 hours before check-in.



✹ Resort amenities: pick up wristbands at the Windsor Hills Welcome Center. The waterpark usually closes mid-January to mid-February for maintenance; the main resort pool stays open.



✹ Parking: maximum of 3 cars.



✹ The pool, spa and pest control are serviced regularly by professionals.
