Disliked: Amenities, communication
Poor communication. I stayed 2 days without AC, the backyard screen were damaged, the indoor pool was never turned on and the worst of all there was a cockroach on my bed. I really had good expectations for this place but unfortunately the service was not as I expected.
Stayed 8 nights in Jun 2021
