If the idea is having everyone close together, you found your spot. Here we offer 3 homes one next door to each other. 3 units rented as one. Units are 541/551 and 561 in the same side of the street- You will have 3 pools/Spa- backyard space. Events are welcome, commute is easy and convenient and you couldn't be safer in this gated neighborhood. Enjoy family, friends and your time off in the best of Orlando, close to everything. All bedrooms have a Smart Tv with 20 bathrooms mostly ensuite, the room capacity is up to 50 people.

**POOL SPA HEATING** POOL FACING NORTH There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum.

**BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost) ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

**PET POLICY*** Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

**PARKING and ACCESS ** The guest will have the entire house for themselves. These houses have large driveways that fits up to 4 cars, and overflow parking about 200 feet down the road.

Family Christmas at Disney World 2024

Nice neighborhood. Houses were impressive. Management attentive and accommodating. We had a few minor hiccups but they were immediately resolved. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was in close proximity.

Corporate retreat

We had some minor issues with patio door locks, exisiting trash in the trashcans, broken/flooding dishwashers. In general the property was fine, the hosts were exception and the neighborhood was also safe and quiet. Would recommend and stay again.

Horrible stay in Florida

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this VRBO property. From the moment we arrived, sewage overflowed inside the house. The initial “fix” was to remove the clean-out cap, allowing raw sewage to flow onto the lawn—completely unacceptable. After reporting the issue, management sent out a plumber who didn’t even have the right tools to address the problem. It wasn’t until Thursday—five days into our stay—that the issue was finally resolved.The problems didn’t end there. Here’s a rundown of everything else that went wrong:•The dryer in two of the houses didn’t heat.•The AC in two houses kept breaking down and needing servicing.•Several TVs didn’t work at all.To make matters worse, management was unresponsive despite multiple calls. Instead of addressing the significant issues we faced, they had the audacity to charge us for a broken pool stick.Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of accountability and poor maintenance ruined what should have been a relaxing vacation. Avoid at all costs!
