Book direct from the owner! Welcome to our newly upgrade 1800 square ft. three bedroom, three and one-half bath room Townhome in beautiful Vista Cay resort. This three levels townhome is professionally decorated and focusing on the comfort of the guests, and give you a lot of space and privacy. It can sleep up to 8 guests. Two of the 3 bedroom are master suites (two King master bedroom suites) and the third bedroom suite has 2 full size beds. One master suite is located on the first floor and has French doors leading out to a patio. The other Master suite is located on the third floor and includes a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two full size beds and is located across from the master suite on the third floor with generous spacing between the two for privacy. Each spacious bedroom has its own private decorated bathroom. All bedrooms include a new 32 inch Samsung LCD HDTV. A hair dryer is included in each bedroom. Ceiling fans were added to all bedrooms.


The second floor has a large living & Dining area with a full size Kitchen. The large great room area leads to an 8-foot sliding glass door that opens to a balcony overlooking the patio below and a spacious grassy area. For your entertainment, the living room has a 52 inch LG LCD HDTV and a DVD player. Hi-Definition cable services are included with access to 180 TV channels and high speed cable wired and WiFi internet throughout the house. There is a full size kitchen with granite counter-tops, cherry cabinets, and a large refrigerator, stove-top cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a lot of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware so you should feel right at home.
Our townhome with one car garage you will have extra space for parking and store your luggage or business displays. There is a full-size large loading washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron and all towels and linens as well as beach towels.

Vista Cay resort is an upscale gated community boasting a state-of-the art 10,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a movie theater, resort style swimming pool with multi-level deck space, hot-tub, children's pool and a basketball court all with a beautiful view of Lake Cay. Additional amenities include a video arcade, pool tables, fitness center, and an internet library.

A quick Orlando golf trip

My buddies and I have an annual golf trip and Orlando was this year’s location. We needed a centrally located place with plenty of conveniences around. This place was as advertises. Clean, spacious, affordable.

The place was so easy to access, pool area was awesome and the location was very convenient to Universal and other area attractions. Great place close to Universal Studios

This place was a great place to stay during our visit to Universal Studios. Just about a 10 min drive to the park. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was large enough for our entire family. It was relatively close to the convention center. We enjoyed the little shopping area within walking distance and the brewery had great wings. We would stay again.

Family Stay - For Disney and Wedding

We would stay here again! Family of 5, all adults. Three bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were key. Beds comfortable. Area quiet. Excellent location - close to Disney and Universal. Management was extremely responsive to all our questions!The kitchen has everything you need except condiments. We recommend you get your coffee, cream, sugar, breakfast food, and other needs at Publix nearby.

Great layout for 6 adults

We went to Orlando to see a bowl game and for some golf. The 3.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms worked great for our group. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a convenient location.

We’ll be back!

We were in town for volleyball nationals at the OCCC and this location was amazing! It was a very short walk (7min) so we saved a ton not having to park. The condo itself had everything we needed with lots of space for the 7 of us. Only downside was the washer/dryer was in the closet in the downstairs bedroom so we had to be thoughtful on when we did laundry. We did experience some sugar ants in the condo but the owner was quick to respond and send someone to spray. We learned quickly to not leave food out! Otherwise, I’d highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

I chose this property at Vista Cay based on location. I wanted a quiet space and was not disappointed. It was a very peaceful place to stay. I was in Orlando to attend a conference at the OCCC. It was very conveniently located a short distance from the OCCC. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the OCCC. And a short walk to other amenities in the area.

Fantastic Trip!

We stayed Sunday to Sunday. The entire place was fantastic. Plenty of room for 3 teens and 2 parents to spread out and relax! The unit was exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed. We had one light bulb that was out on arrival and let the host know for the next guest as it didn’t take away from us using the unit. The host was amazing and apologized and thanked me for letting them know as well as thanked me for retrieving a package that had been left at the doorstep before we arrived. I would not hesitate to stay here again for our next trip!

Great Location and CLEAN!

Rene was an amazing host. After being ghosted by another host Rene responded just hours before check in letting me know their place was available that day. Gate and door code were provided promptly. Easy to find with parking for 1 car in the driveway out front and plenty of spaces right out back. Our party had 3 cars so this was important. Garbage removal is simple with the designated box right outside the front door, property maintenance does great job keeping up. Plenty of pans to cook with and plates etc. It did lack condiments like oil, salt, pepper but after years of renting houses we carry these items with us. Also bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. that was clearly listed when I booked so no surprises there either. Will definitely rent with Rene for the next convention. BTW this is right next to the convention center making it easy when working long days. All 3 bedrooms are en-suites making it easy to travel with coworkers.
