Beautiful home! So spacious, with nearly every amenity we could think of. The gaming room was awesome and provided hour of entertainment. The movie theater room was great, with tons of seating. Would definitely recommend!!

We just stayed at this property and loved it. The house fit all of our party plus some. Pictures were very accurate. Our children loved the arcade and movie room, plus the outside pool theater entertainment. Host was responsive to any concern. We had one hiccup with the pool heat and it was answered very promptly. Would recommend and would stay again next time we visit.

We had a great stay at this property. Located in a quiet neighborhood with close amenities. The house is very spacious and clean. All the beds are comfortable. The pool and hot tub was fantastic and very well stocked. I would highly recommend this property if you're coming to the area.

Great vacation house with entertainment

Great house to stay in for a family getaway! Plenty of things to do inside despite the rainy weather...the kids enjoyed the themed rooms and video games... the adults ejoyed the theater and spa with outside entertainment...pool gets warm and spa gets hot, but be sure to get pool heat in advance so you can swim on arrival...

An awesome Vacation

We had 14 of us stay here! Ranging from 9 years old, a 12 year old, 4 in their early 20’s right up to 70 year olds!! So much in this place for everyone to do!! Everything got used! From the game room upstairs to the theatre room, the outdoor tv’s and the pool and hot tub! We always were busy and the kids loved being at the house! Would surely recommend this house!!

Fall Family Fun

We had two families of 5 that stayed. If we could pick up this house and take it with us on every vacation we would! It was such a fun spot with the kids staying well entertained the entire time. The theater was a hit for our little ones and the tweens enjoyed the games. The pool was a good time and the spacious rooms made it comfortable. If Orlando is in our future travel plans we’ll be looking to book again.

Last minute getaway from the Ohio snow.

Main reason for picking this house was the pool and hot tub and they did not disappoint. Game room and theater room were a bonus. There is some minor wear and tear but nothing unexpected. The floor and grill were dirtier than expected. One person complained a bed was worn on one side making it uncomfortable. This is our third different Orlando home rental in the past 10 years and was overall a great home for the 8 of us. Great memories made.

This place was perfect for our family’s Orlando vacation. It was our second stay at the Windsor at Westside resort and we highly recommend this house. Our main goal was visiting theme parks and both Disney and Universal are within easy reach. My husband recently had knee surgery and stayed behind at the house w/o a car for a few days. Heloved the whirlpool/hot tub for his knee and walking to the nearby resort restaurant for food. He also watched many movies and tv in the theatre with the comfy theatre seats. My teenagers also loved the theatre, game room, and pool. I don’t know how they had energy after the parks, but they stayed up late playing video games and watching movies and we could barely hear them from the master bedroom.I was a bit worried that the houses are so close together, but with the privacy screen and landscaping you can’t see neighbors while in the pool. The pond views are also beautiful.The house was very clean and well cared for. We did have an issue when we arrived late at night and the outside was very dark. However, the hosts were very responsive and property management came out quickly the next morning after I messaged them and replaced the burned out porch bulb.Instructions for getting into the gates and house were very clear and easy to follow.Thank you for a great vacation.

Awesome House For A Group!

We loved staying at this house. We had 7 adults and 7 kids, everyone had ample space and the kids loved the amenities! We only went to the water park for a few hours each day because the house was so comfortable and the kids didn’t want to get out of the pool. There are plenty of options for grocery and other food within a few miles of the house. The only thing that would make it better is a refresh of kitchen equipment (pans/pots are well used). We will definitely be back!

Just doing it and book it

Our stay was perfect in every way. We couldn't have asked for anything else to make it more perfect. The theatre room, game room and pool were heavily utilized by everyone of all ages. The onsite property manager responded within an hour for a minor issue. The community pool and Tu Casa restaurant was excellent. Bring your own tube for the laze river. The community is very strict about parking at the house.

We had a great trip to FL and the stay here made it even better. Keith was a great host and he responded quickly to any questions I had. In the case of this house, the pictures matched the experience. I kind of thought it might be too good to be true but when we got there, it was just as the descriptions/pictures show. Awesome spot that fit our group of 12 with no problems. highly recommend this home and won't be surprised if we end up there again in the future.

Spring Break Family Getaway

We were a group of 14 made up of 9 adults, 4 children (age 4 to 7) and a 1 1/2 year old. The house comfortably accommodated all of us. Everyone really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the public swimming area! The double washer and dryer set up was so convenient for such a large group! The double dining room table was also great since everyone was able to sit down and eat together! We did have a couple small issues that were quickly addressed by the property manager. The location worked well for us since it was about 15 minutes from many restaurants and shopping. It was also a fairly short drive to Disney. Overall, we had a great time!

Great house with excellent location and responsive property manager

The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of things to do around the house to entertain kids and adults of all ages. The owner as well as property managers were very responsive and helped resolve any issues or questions that came up. The neighborhood felt really safe with being gated and it was very quiet. All neighbors during our stay were quiet and respectful. One house a few houses down began playing music loudly, which lasted only 5 minutes or so before security came and put a stop to it without us even having to report anything. The location is great and roughly 20mins from any of the Disney Parks and close to great food and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Large Family Stay

Rooms were well appointed and tastefully decorated. Fun themes for kids, clean and classic for adults. The kids loved the game and theater room, and spent most of our time at the house by the pool. We did have to do a thorough cleaning on arrival, but mainly for dirt and dust bunnies, nothing crazy. We just about had enough towels for each of us to have one for showering, same with the pool. And I was very underwhelmed with the kitchen utensils and dishes offered. No ice cream scoop, one wine glass, and we never had enough dishes for a group meal. But otherwise this was a nice house on a cul-de-sac that we enjoyed thoroughly!!
