Fantastic Stay in Kissimmee – Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Kissimmee! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the convenient location—just a short drive to Disney, Universal, and all the great attractions in the area. The pool and other facilities were well-kept, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. One of the highlight The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the convenient location—just a short drive to Disney, Universal, and all the great attractions in the area. We loved our stay. The house was beautiful , pool was great. Definitely recommend getting the pool heat. The weather was nice, some rain and sun. Quiet neighborhood, close to so many places. We visited Disney springs , epperson lagoon, and animal kingdom. Great neighborhood, tons of towels and laundry room. Rooms were big and spacious. Weird set up with waking in to the dining room. However, beautiful home. Only issues we had was the dryer seemed to have issues with the vent. I emailed the property. We also didn’t have pool heat the first night because of a miscommunication and DTV went out for three days. Again , we contacted the property and it got taken care of. One con , found that under the beds weren’t checked when cleaved. Found some items around the house. Drawer in fridge was broken and didn’t keep stuff cold. Also no baking sheets , toaster didn’t toast well, and one burner on the stove had issues.

House needed some maintenance done to it, seems that some maintenance was done when we were not there and not notified that it was going to take place. Other than that plan on buying some household items if you plan on staying 4-6 days.

Our stay was amazing. There was quick and informative communication. The only thing I would note the the access to the property. You have to go to the main gate and register before you can enter. They gave us a plaque for the car but we still had issues entering the property at times. Other than that it was amazing.

Buenos días!! El día de hoy 29 de octubre les hago entrega de la propiedad la verdad muy des contenta por tantos inconvenientes . Me entregaron la propiedad un dia después se me dañaron cosas de mercado por estar en el carro mas de 9 horas esperando el ingreso. El Desague del baño principal estaba malo . No fue permitido ingresar al parque de agua de la unidad .pues nos informaron que no teníamos derecho .y en la reserva muy claro decia que el ingreso era gratis. La piscina de la propiedad solo la limpiaron un dia . La verdad no puedo dejar de expresar mi descontento porque siempre hago mis reservas atraves de expedía y nunca había tenido ningún inconveniente. Es necesario tener más claridad y certeza de la información que se brinda . Siempre.la respuesta en la unidad fue TIENE QUE VER CON TERCEROS Y NADA TIENE QUE VER CON NOSOTROS . Mi objetivo es de que mejoren estos aspectos ya que tienen una maravillosa propiedad
