As you step into each room, you’ll notice a theme of cool blues reminiscent of the tropical landscape of Florida.



The living spaces in this modern home are bright, airy, and perfect for you and your guests. The living room has a 60” TV, wrap around couch, and decor that will make you feel relaxed. Feel free to watch your favorite movies here as you doze off into pure bliss. Upstairs, you can also check out the loft area which has a 50” TV, couch and foosball table. The kitchen is amazing - granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous cabinetry are only a few of the surprises you’ll see when you cook here. From large family meals to small snacks, this kitchen can do it all! Enjoy your meals at the dining table or breakfast bar.



This home also has a magnificent pool and spa where you can spend all of your vacation days. No matter what, you can plan on relaxation as you enjoy the bright Florida sun. With south exposure, you can bet on sun all day long.



There is an additional charge plus tax per day to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.

Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

This is an industry-standard practice.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
