Good experience, having direct contact with owner and housekeeper if needed. They were very flexible with our entry time. Quite clean, good location for the theme parks. All in all, we would stay there again!

The house was well stocked with necessary kitchen supplies. Pool was very nice. Owner and property manager responded to our needs. It was a good value however furniture and flooring needs updating .

Place was super clean, Master bedroom bed was so comfortable probably the best sleep I had in while! Had extra pillows and blankets just in case. Loved the security lock and alarm on the back door that leads to the pool as my daughter is autistic and wanders took a weight off my shoulders! We plan on booking again on our next family trip to flordia.

A place worth renting

This is a very nice house, with plenty of space and a swimming pool. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area, where it looks like a place where many people live and not just rent out. This gives a good and safe atmosphere. There is wildlife in the area with squirrels, rabbits and of course lizards, and I love it. It is nice to sit alone in the mornings and just enjoy. Unfortunately there were a couple of holes in the fence that meant that there was some animal excrement in the pool area, but we swept it away and put something in front of the holes, and they did not come back as long as we were there. All in all a nice place. We stayed for 2 weeks, and I would stay again

Great stay!

This was a great stay for the 8 days we were in town. The property manager & owner was so quick to answer any questions we had. We loved the pool, neighbourhood felt safe and the house overall had a great amount of space for the 4 of us. Grocery store was nice and close so it was easy to pop out and grab anything you needed. Most attractions were about a 30 min drive from the house so you definitely need a car. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything!

Not a bad location! Perfect spacious getaway for us while we attended the cheerleading worlds championship! Shawn is very helpful and responded to all my questions & concerns! Just keep in mind you’ll need to purchase toilet paper dish soap and laundry soap which we learned is relatively common down south! Target is just around the corner so wasn’t a big deal :)

Horrible floors

Everything worked fine and we enjoyed the heated pool. However this property is in dire need of new floors and definitely needs new carpet! The mop boards need cleaned and painted. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy.

Brilliant from start to finish

Shawn was brilliant from the moment we booked to stay in his home. The property itself was in great condition and looked exactly like the photos listed. It was both clean and tidy. The villa was spacious and our littleone loved the toy box provided. Tvs in each room were a bonus. Location was perfect to relax after a long day at the parks. Friendly quiet neighbourhood. If i needed anything the property manager was on hand. Nothing was an issue for them and our stay overall was first class. Looking forward to returning on our next trip to the USA.

Perfect stay will return

We had a great time at this location for 2 weeks, the house was clean and organized. Well stocked kitchen with lots of space, extra towels, blankets and bedding. Washer and dryer were clean and easy to use. Smart tvs and great satellite was a bonus. I loved the soaker tub in master bath. Some board games and toys for kids included. Pool was fabulous especially with pool heater during colder month. Excellent location- only minutes to grocery store, Wal-Mart, pharmacy and resturnats/fast food. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. A big shout out to the home owner for going above and beyond to accommodate us after another booking fell through last minute. The Communication was perfection, property manager was also very helpful and responsive. We look forward to renting this house again next year.
