I wasn't comfortable and the mattress was uncomfortable prostitute was on the compound i had to check out way before my time so i took the lost and the room did not look like what i saw online i won't be staying there again

Warning! This place is used by prostitutes. I was approached on the property. It's cash only. Which is not advertised till you walk to the door. Stay away is my advice

The hotel had at least 2 dumpsters that I saw that were absolutely overflowing with trash and hadn’t been emptied in months. I also noticed 2 cockroaches in my room during my stay which was not cool at all.

This property is dirty, not properly maintained, and not safely secure. Old furniture, mold and rust are in the rooms. Housekeeping only cleans once a week. Several weeks worth of trash is piled up on the property. The front desk staff is severely less than customer service friendly. And they will keep your cash security deposit if your bed sheets get stained with menstrual cycle fluid. The property does not accept cards so you cannot dispute any wrong doing on their part. The hotel corporate customer service line is of no use and no help.

I had already paid the booking however, when I was sleeping, they knocked my door 5 times, asking me to go to the reception to pay. Then I called to the reception and they verified that the they had already received the payment and besides a person came to my room to confirm that everything was ok. The card-key was not functioning properly I had to go again and again to the reception to be able to enter to my room.

I have booked my son to go and stay on this hotel. But apparently jist received cash payment not card and this is not written anywhere on the website. Also they have making my son walk all night and staying outside looking for place to take money to pay as only cash only cash was accepted card pay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff and all are 1 to nothing.
