Orlando Area 4 BR/3 BA Villa - Pool, Spa, Game Room, Wi-Fi, Gated Community

Our villa is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1700 square foot, pet free home, in a quiet gated community located in a country setting and enjoy a hotel license for a maximum of eight guest and is set up to accommodate stays of five nights or more.

The Villa has king beds in both master bedrooms with private bathrooms, plus two twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms, separated by a full bath. The villa is only 12 miles from the Walt Disney exit on Rt 192.

Our rate is ALL inclusive, other than a modest cleaning fee, which will allow you to have unlimited use of the pool heat, and setting the house temperature to your liking.

The villa has a Reme Halo Whole Home In-Duct Air Ultraviolet Cell light purifier installed in the AC air exchanger. The 2020 upgrade was designed to help remove Viruses, Mold, Bacteria, Vocs etc. and is capable of purifying the air as it passes through the central air conditioning system.

The Villa has high speed Wi-Fi throughout as well as pool-side and in the game room. The villa also has ambient Solar Sun Tunnel ceiling lighting in both the kitchen and living room. We have also added Roku's to all TV's so you can stream your favorite shows after a busy day.

Check-in is seamless as you don't need to connect with anyone. All that is waiting to meet you, is a door programmed with your personal security code.

We do maintain a non-smoking residence and restrict pets so that all can enjoy the Villa. Violation of pet policy or non-smoking policy will result in immediate termination of the short term lease and forfeiture of the $200 security deposit. Smoking is permitted outside only.

The Villa has a large screened in lanai with a 15 X 30 pool that runs from 3 ft -6 ft plus a spa and comfy pool furniture. Area around the pool is landscaped with palm trees and flowers. The Pool/ Spa has underwater lights for evening swims. We take security very seriously so the pool is surrounded by fencing as well as a security alarm on the sliding door to alert of anyone exiting the house to the pool area.
Note: In the winter months, it can be quite cold in Florida still, so the pool/spa may not fully heat to the desired temperature or take a little longer. Please keep this in mind if you are choosing our Villa during the winter months and are expecting to swim.

We also have a private gas grille area just outside the pool cage on the left.

The garage has been decorated for a game room with regulation size pool table, 6 foot air hockey table, chairs and ceiling fan.

We strive to make our home cozy as your home away from home. We are working all the time to make updates to ensure you stay is enjoyable. We and our local management company strive to maintain a 5-star rating by our guest.

Villa extra's includes: strollers, a baby high chair, pack and play, baby walker plus hair dryers and an iron/iron board.

Mission Park is a gated community in a country setting, built to accommodate both permanent homeowners as well as homes for short term rentals for vacationers like you. Mission Park has wide sidewalks for that morning or evening walk or jog.

Great family vacation

Property was wonderful. Loved the heated pool for evening swimming. Cleanest floors of any place we’ve rented and house provided more paper products than most! It was nice having a newer washer and dryer to use. We didn’t use the grill but having the option for free was appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation home!

The property is beautiful, and perfect for our family vacation to Orlando! The home is spacious and very well appointed. We all enjoyed the large pool and game room - and the massage couch after long days at Disney. We'll definitely be renting here again!

Great vacation house for family

This home offered everything that we needed. Was cozy and exactly as described. The owner was very receptive and prompt and a pleasure to work with. Only complaint was the fluke of cold weather in Florida therefore the jacuzzi and pool heaters could not do a good enough job for us to utilize them as we would have liked

We had a great stay! The host was amazing at communicating, the house was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kids rooms looked awesome! Will say the only thing I wish it had was outlet covers for babies. So prepare if you have little ones!

Great house!

House is well stocked and nice. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of space for the family. Our kids loved swimming in the pool every night after a long day at the parks. Love the location in a gated community, quiet but only a few miles from restaurants and grocery store is just down the road. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Great communication with owners.

Fantastic location

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Mission Park. The owners are super nice and quick to respond. We really enjoyed the close proximity to everything, the pool/hot tub was a dream come true after a 12 hour day at the local amusement parks, the game room kept the boys busy for hours, full equipment kitchen was a bonus too! Thank you so much for the incredible experience and making our family Disney/SeaWorld adventures effortlessly. We will definitely book Chattysdream again in the near future!

Fantastic experience!!

We had a great experience staying at this vacation home. This was a charming house with all the necessary amenities. There were plenty of stuff for everybody’s entertainment- Board games, CDs, pool table, air hockey table etc. There is also a swimming pool which was meshed to keep the bugs out. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend anyone looking for a vacation home around Orlando greater area.

Home Away From Home

This property was better than we ever expected. It is exactly what you would want a vacation home to be. The management was beyond quick to respond to any question we had. The house had a beautiful, heated, private pool and spa. The veranda had shade for those who like a cool place to sit and read and loungers for those who like a bit more sun. It was clean and well-stocked. With plenty of room to relax. A beautiful home. We will stay here again!

Perfect House

Villa Tranquilla was a perfect house for our family of four. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance/housewear item you would need. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious(comfy beds, too!) We also really enjoyed the pool! The location is nice and quiet and away from all of the hustle and bustle of the theme park areas. The drive to the action was 30-40 mins depending on the time of day, but we didn’t mind because we wanted a quiet, relaxing end to our day. We will definitely seek out this property again in the future! Thanks for a great stay!

Home away from home

This property was fantastic. It is equipped with everything that you can think of and spotless. Beds were super comfy. We had a very hot week so the pool was used every day and in the evening. The kids loved it. Check in was a breeze and location was out of the way but not too far from attractions. Any issue or questions were dealt with in the same day. The owners were great. Quiet neighborhood. Hoping to go again.

Great location for a Disney vacation!

This property had all the amenities you would ever need. Spacious home with 2 master suites. Large comfortable family room and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a large game room perfect for all ages. There are even strollers available for families with small children. But the best area is outside the clean and spacious home. The heated pool and spa are perfect for the mind and body after a long day at one of the Disney parks. My family would love to return to this property very soon!

Family Fun

Home is well kept and located close to Disney, Universal, golf and grocery stores. Located in a quiet and secure community. Appreciated the home layout, three bathrooms, washer & dryer and the game room as we travelled with kids and grandkids. Disappointed by the lack of heat for the pool and hot tub. Although advertised as heated, neither one ever attained more than 65 degrees… apparently, the pool heater stops in cold outside weather - which wasn’t expected. Otherwise, we had a great stay and owners were very welcoming and responsive.

Home away from home - please stay!

I very rarely write reviews. But I have to say my family and I come here almost every year for the past six. It’s literally home away from home. It’s so comfortable that if we don’t want to go to the parks we want to stay home and stay by the pool. It’s the most comfortable place we have ever stayed. So many special touches added by the owners so that those renting enjoy their time in Florida. Close to beautiful state parks & blueberry picking & wineries. Also not too far from all the Disney parks and tourist places. If you want to be close enough by far enough away - this is the perfect place! Amazing hosts and amazing management team. Love!!!!

Great stay at Mission Park

Great location just a 25 minute or so drive from Magic Kingdom and around 45 minutes to Universal. Smooth communication with the owner and check in process on arrival. Villa had all the amenities advertised and the pool was great with its spa. Washer and dryer a god send for drying/cleaning clothes after trips to the water parks and splash rides. Only minor items were the decor starting to look a little old and in need of updating, with the pillows and bed sheets comfortable and clean but some yellowing underneath the covers. Whilst the blinds on the windows were fine, once it reached sunrise there was little darkness offered by them. Could use some curtains being installed for the summer months but we were up before 8-30am each day

Wonderful property!

This house is in a great location just on the edge of Orlando in a quiet, secure neighborhood. It was easy to get in and out of and just a short trip to stores and restaurants. The house had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. It was very clean and comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. We needed to reach out to the owner for a minor thing and she responded almost immediately to help us figure things out. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area! Highly recommended!

You will never find a better Host and home

This is the second year we’ve stayed. I’m not related to the host and wasn’t paid for this review- so when I say you will never find a better host, it’s no exaggeration. This host genuinely CARES about your vacation experience. The communication is almost instantaneous if needed. And the continued upgrades and improvements shows her desire to ensure guests get the best out of their visit. I hesitated to write this because I don’t want the booking spaces to fill up lol. But it is what it is…

One Week of Total Enjoyment

This is the perfect home for a family to enjoy all that the Orlando area has to offer. Located in a gated community filled with lovely homes. A modern, open floor plan greets you with all the amenities you could hope for. Lavishly decorated and ample supplies for everything you might need. Immaculately clean, a heated pool with a hot tub entertained our grandchildren and children alike. The kitchen is exceptional with an enormous selection of dishes, pots, pans, glasses, appliances, such as a crock pot, blender and much more than we have typically found at other rentals. Delicious meals around the dining room table and the outdoor grill added to our family's happy memories. This one is hard to beat!!
