Rooms are outdated but clean I like is 24/7 coffee and cold water in the lobby.. staff very professional and useful in any meaning . Good place to stay if you're going to your universalis 15 minutes if you're going to Disney 15 minutes everything is nearby wawa gas station and Dunkin' Donuts are in front of the hotel

Comfortable, clean and well equipped, I had a pleasant experience staying here. It's decent, not at the same level as some of the pricier places but that's fair, considering what you're paying here. Good value. The staff was helpful as well.

I give this place a 5 star, The staff member was very friendly, it was clean on the outside and inside and The lounge is very big. it’s in a great location’ Wawa is directly across the street, Dunkin’ Donuts right on the side of the building, and McDonald’s is on the corner. and more all in walking distance. I can stand outside the location and do a 360 looking at each place, the good thing about that I didn’t have to move my car to drive. I was supposed to check out at 11 AM, but they have a game at the desk spin the wheel to see what you can get for free, so I spend the wheel and one a check out later time 2 PM.

Front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Place is getting way out dated and. Ive stayed here 3 or 4 times, mainly because of the great shower. But this time the shower water was warm at best. Ran the hot water for 30 min and never got hot. I do not take cold showers and im sure alot of people dont. This will probably be the last time i stay here. If i cant take a good shower, ill stay somewhere else. Sad to say.

Wasnt the best. Room no hot water. And outlet didnt work and shower head very rusty and old looking. Great location.. just rooms not kept up. I accidentaly went to the wrong room and my card still opened the door. Thank god the lock latch was on or i wouldve walked in on strangers...staff were friendly at the front.

The room was clean and had great air conditioning. Unfortunately, the shower curtain doesn’t securely close. The floor would have a huge puddle after the shower. But other than that, the staff were nice and friendly.

I like the decorative style of the inside n the outside, professional..I believe customer service can use a little tweaking n possible social skills with customers as we are paying to stay in the establishment..there can be an improvement with amenities availability..Parking was available, air conditioning was available, my room was clean..just an idea, a toilet brush can be placed in each room n some possible bleach just for simple things to wipe down as per individual…

It was a good stay. Everything was ok. Clean, well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and not expensive. Good parking facilities. Beds were comfort. The only thing was the air conditioning in the room. It was hot seamed it was not working good.

Staff members were pleasant. The room was clean but with missed spots like a bunch of cut hairs in the toilet rim. Our tub doesn’t have a stopper, we requested but was not repaired during our stay. Air conditioning is good but could be loud on high. Enough parking space. The hotel is close to Florida Mall. Overall, it was a nice hotel.

I stayed there for a concert and it was exactly what you paid for! When I first got there, the room’s lock wouldn’t work and the staff was super helpful and helped me change rooms. Never got any service inside the room though, no bed or towel changes.

For the price and its location it was good for people on a budget. You can't beat the price. If you are use to more amenities (microwave & coffee pot, plenty of towels, etc.) you won't want to stay here. Refrigerator in room. That's it. Rooms are big and the pool was a good size. If you are going to the attractions and won't be in your room much, it is a good deal. Twenty minute drive to Disney. Sea World and Universal are closer. It is beside the Florida Mall which has a huge food court. It is only about 3 minutes away.

We stay here almost every time we come to Florida because it is decently priced and not the worst hotel to choose from! But this last time was the second time that our room had no hot water and taking a cold shower is not so fun. So keep that in mind while booking that you may only have cold showers. But property is usually clean and the staff is always helpful. This is the only hotel that we have been to that charges for a continental breakfast as well.
