Over the Moon | Pool, themed rooms & more!

Welcome to Champions Gate where we are sure you will feel out-of-this-world in this Florida stunner! Over The Moon, a fitting name for this 3500-square-foot palatial estate, which accommodates up to 20 humans – or aliens?! However, you slice it, you can pack your vacation into this spectacularly loved home which highlights 2 bonus rooms, a private pool (heated for additional charge), lanai, and access to over a dozen family-friendly on-site amenities. Yeah, we see you eying the lazy river!

Upon entry, we know what you will already be searching for - that Florida outdoor living space everyone raves about! But what nobody else has: an epic waterfall that is sure to install tranquility in your soul. When you step outside to your private oasis you will enjoy your cool beverages under a covered patio, on top of pool loungers, amid modern conversation furniture, and a propane grill.

Back inside, the main living space features an open-concept layout and is ideal for entertaining. The living room offers ample seating, Smart TV, and has complimenting decor throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to whip up coastal cuisine from home. A blender, toaster, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. The extended counter with 4 stools is perfect for extra prep space or casual dining. For more formal meals together, a table for 8 is but steps away.

The home sleeps up to 20 guests comfortably between 7 private bedrooms and a loft. The rooms have been thoughtfully designed with the whole family in mind. Guests can expect to find both luxurious suites and thoughtfully themed rooms.

- Bedroom #1 is downstairs across from the game room and equipped with a Queen bed, Smart TV, and ensuite with a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #2 – also downstairs, hosts a King bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite with a jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower – with access to the pool. Nighttime dips will await these lucky guests.

Second Floor Bedrooms:
- Bedroom #3 offers a Full-size bed, TV, and en-suite with a shower/tub combo. Rather dull by over-the-moon standards.
- Bedroom #4 - has a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed & full bed, and a Smart TV, and presented in a crisp nautical Pirates theme.
- Bedroom #5 May the Force be with your Jedi-obsessed member of the family! Here we are configured with two Twin beds under the stars. A Jack and Jill bathroom is attached.
- Bedroom #6 will highlight with the young ladies as the perfectly pink room has two Full beds, a Smart TV, and access to the Jack and Jill bathroom shared with your Jedi Masters in the bedroom 5. Light sabers optional.
- Bedroom #7 is all about the “suite” life. The bedroom boasts a King-size bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite with a walk-in shower.

The loft area may just be the most exciting place to be! The space boasts a large sectional, Smart TV, and a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed in a custom treehouse-style bed. The wall murals with familiar faces are sure to give guests sweet dreams!

And as if the bedrooms, loft, and outdoor area didn’t already hit it out of the park, Over the Moon has its very own game room that doubles as a movie theatre! Guests of all ages will enjoy the pool table, darts, arcade games, big-screen projector, and more! 

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Pack & play and high chair available in the unit.
- No Hot Tub
- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
- A private grill can be rented for $95 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
- Trailers, RV's or boats are not allowed in the community.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

The property is located in The Retreat at Champions Gate, a private community that offers a list of desired amenities. Guests of Champions Gate are welcome to enjoy the on-site pool, hot tub, kids splash pad with waterslide, arcade, beach volleyball courses, fitness center, theatre, and restaurant.

Outside of the resort, there are several options for dining, shopping amid an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.

Beyond Champions Gate is the little known, but likely to be a hit someday Florida theme park area. If you have not heard of it search Disney World or Animal Kingdom as these are a short 12 mile drive away. Another Orlando secret spot, Universal Studios is 20 miles away. You get the idea, staying here sets you up for an endless amount of fun. Please be our guest!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
