We would advice our guests to rent a car. Rental cars are in general very cheap in the Orlando area. Free parking is provided inside the resort.

Other Things to Note:
All properties are previously set up, clean, sanitized for housekeeping including linens and towels & supervised

We provide a STARTER SET of toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one night, or perhaps two, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
No laundry detergent or paper towels are in the house upon arrival.

We have functional refrigerator, stove /oven , microwave and basics house hold Appliances as well plates, cups , silverware and cooking pans .
Please be ware that is not a full kitchen !

WE DO NOT PROVIDE POOL TOWELS

Regular towels is one per guest only , we don’t supply extra towels during the stay or extra supplies .

Townhouse suited us for one night stay when passing through. WiFi wasn’t working and the tv in the spare bedroom was laying on dresser with tools. Had multiple texts/emails from host but no responses when replied.

Great apartment, very clean. Just as described in listing. Only complaint I would have is a/c didn’t seem to be working properly, but we weren’t there much other to sleep shower and do make up. Would definitely book again

The room was large and very nice in a nice gated complex in nice area of town with lots of conveniences near by. There were a few small issues with the room but all and all we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great condo in a gated community. Location was ideal for what we needed. Very basic amenities inside so we shopped at Dollar Tree for what we needed. Also no pool towels as stated, but there is a Walmart close if you forget to pack some. Overall nice stay.

Book this condo! You won’t regret it. It’s comfortable and has room for 6 easily. King bed in master and 2 twins in the second room and 2 full size beds in the last room. Nice carpet throughout. Kitchen is stocked with mostly everything you need. Bathrooms are huge. Nice view of the lake and walking path. Close enough to walk to Publix grocery store and restaurants. Easy drive to Universal Studios, Disney and SeaWorld. 15 minutes to the airport. Pool area is very large. Bring your own beach towels as there are none in the room.

This unit is located very conveniently to Universal, Disney and SeaWorld. We had a comfortable stay. The basic amenities were included. We had a minor problem with ants in the kitchen. The manager was very responsive to our questions and request and was kind enough to extend our checkout till 1pm. Thanks, ZB

Overall we really enjoyed our stay!! The three bedrooms and two bathrooms ensured that there was plenty of space for my husband, three college aged boys and myself! The bedrooms were very nicely decorated and the kitchen, while not fully appointed, had all of the necessities. There was a little cleaning schedule issue as the condo wasn’t ready when we arrived but the owners quickly made right and also compensated us for our first night plus! The owners were very customer friendly and appreciative of our business. The condo complex was wonderful... great pool and bar area as well as a small lake with a walking trail! Best of all it was only a 5 mile drive from Universal Studios where we spent three magical days exploring the wizarding world of Harry Potter. An absolutely great vacation. We would stay there again!

The unit was beautiful, clean and furnished with comfortable funiture. Being centrally located, we were able to get to where we needed within 20 minutes in any direction. We did not use the kitchen, but it was supplied with basic necessities for simple.meal.prep/reheating. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious enough for our group of 5 to comfortably share. We did have an issue with the electronic door lock- it wouldn't lock for us one morning when we were headed out to a ceremony, but a quick call to the managers had them out promptly to fix it. Apparently there was supposed to be a backup key in a lockbox, I could see where the box had been attached but it was no longer there. The neighborhood is very quiet, but other "guests" tried to slip in behind us when we entered the security gate- very annoying and suspicious. The unit could use some spare blankets, plenty of extra decorations in the closets but a few blankets would be welcome.
