Relax and unwind at this spacious and sunny villa, with your very own private pool overlooking a lush, green forest, and no rear neighbors. In one of the closest communities to Disney (10 min drive), enjoy access to dozens of restaurants, a 24-hr Walmart and more! This home has 2800 sq ft of living space with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and large living, dining, and kitchen areas. Enjoy complete privacy when using our fully screened-in pool, as this house backs into a beautiful conservation area with no other houses behind us. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of $35/night.

For your safety, we are following the SAFEHOME VRHP/VRMA cleaning guidelines to disinfect and sanitize the home between stays. Our pool is operated and maintained as per CDC guidelines.

- Swimming Pool: 30' x 12' pool, 3-5 feet deep with superior sanitation system. Pool heating is available at extra cost of $35 per day.
- Outdoor: south-facing patio with plenty of sun, view of a beautiful conservation area and screened-in enclosure preventing bugs and mosquitoes
- BBQ Grill: free to use - you must supply your own fuel and clean after use
- Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap supplied
- Child friendly: 2 Pack-n-Plays with crib sheets, high chair, stroller and optional safety fence around pool available

Excellent Vacation Home

We used the home for our week at Disney Parks. It was a perfect home for multi families. A huge plus was it being all on one level so climbing steps wasn’t an issue with those traveling with hip & knee problems. An older home but clean and had everything wet needed to make our stay comfortable. Host, Kyle, checked in us to see if we needed anything and wanted to make our stay relaxing & enjoyable! Highly recommended!!

Amazing Stay

This was the perfect house for our group. The setup was great for groups of 6 or more. Loved that most bedrooms had access to their own bathroom. Plenty of towels were provided which was great when you spend every day in the pool.

Great location for Disney!

The home was as advertised. It is located near Disney World, with great access to food, shopping and other amenities. The home was great for our family. It has 3 master bedrooms and 2 kids rooms, with a great room, kitchen and dining area that allows family time. The pool was fun and enjoyable. It was overall a great family vacation!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully considered to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and well-decorated. We particularly enjoyed the private pool. The location was convenient, close to Magic Kingdom, yet wonderfully private and quiet. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, and they provided helpful local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit!

I stayed here April 21-25, 2024 with my man. It was very clean and comfortable stay and a HUGE house. I will definitely stay here again and it was close to ALL the parks, restaurants and shopping.

Family vacation

We spent a lovely week at this property. We always stay in this neighborhood on our family vacations, so am familiar with the area. The kitchen was well stocked, including a few extras. Would definitely choose this house again.

Perfect for a family vacation!

We had the best time staying here! The property was clean, had everything we needed for our kids of every age, and it was the perfect distance to drive to a Disney park each day. The home is the perfect size for a large group (we had a group of 7 but several more could comfortably fit), and the amenities were just perfect. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back again!

Family Disney Vacation

10 of us were able to enjoy this property with room to spare. Every family had their own bathroom which was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, HUGE PLUS! The living area was very comfortable and spacious for all to come together. The kids LOVED the pool!

great vacation

wonderfull place to stay in. Check in process one of the easiest i have ever gotten.For accuracy what you see is what you get it is even better than in the pictures.. Location for us was great 14 minutes to disney. property manager we had a little hicup but life is never perfect. Owners even phoned us to make sure if we needed anything,that was very considerate.Cleaniles was very good the only reason i am giving this a 3 star is that lets just say a pest control cie needs to come and spray inside the house. overall yes I would come back and the pool was great.

Good experience

The layout of the house and the pool was great but the house needs a good cleaning. I am not sure if the owners of the house know. Had to go to Walmart and buy a coffee pot. The one they had did not work. Did not use it but the crockpot's knob was broken off. The fry pans were scratched.

Good location

Good location. Your home provived all the commodities we required. Kids loved the pool and pool table. Would be nice to replace some kitchen ware and provide basic cleaning products. Overall, your place was as expected and would recommend your home.
