Family vacation

Very nice, clean property. Close enough to the parks and the pool was excellent for down time. Plenty of space to accommodate everyone and the host was very friendly and welcoming. Great communication and would stay there again in the future.

Great property

Fantastic large property with everything needed for a week stay. We traveled to Orlando to go to Disney and this place was everything we needed and more. Was so nice to spread out and the kids all had their own room and bathroom which was amazing after spending a few weeks in hotel rooms. The pool was an added bonus. Property was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone

Wonderful!

This house was beautiful and roomy. It was perfect for what we needed. It had nearby restaurants and grocery stores, and was not far from Orlando and Disney. It was an overall great stay.

The home met all of our needs. It just needed more bowls dish clothes and wash cloths. I should of contacted the owner with the problem but did not. The home was clean and everything worked well Great location and great community.

Great place to stay

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Only 30 minute drive to Disney parks (depending on traffic). We had a 10 month old so the crib and high chair were great. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, making it easy to get ready each morning. Very comfortable and the pool was a great bonus!

Florida vacation

We had a great trip. The stay was great. Pool was heated and very nice. The house was really clean and had lots of space for all of us. It was close to Disney. Would recommend this house to a big family.

Very comfortable, functional home

This is a great property for a large group. Five bedrooms and ample kitchen, and bathrooms. The washer dryer units were much netter than ordinary in a rental property. A nice unit.

We loved the house! There was plenty of room for all of us, kids loved the pool!! The owner was wonderful to work with and had great communication when I had questions!! I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home to stay in when in Florida!

We had 3 small children (3to4), 1 young child age 9, 2 teens 14 and 17. 4 adults. House was spacious and clean. Convenient for shopping and theme parks. The heated pool was a plus.

Great Family Trip

House was very clean and beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Host answered all questions very quickly. Getting keys was a breeze due to great communication. Location was good with lots of stores and restaurants near by. Wasn’t a bad drive to go to the attractions we chose. Overall great stay with plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 2 small kids. Loved that there was a crib in one room and other baby equipment available if need it.

Nice stay

We use VRBO on a regular basis. This home was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. There was a pool but we didn't use it. The beds were very comfortable. There was an issue with the sprinkler while we were there. We spoke to the homeowner directly. He was very kind and easy to talk to. We would consider staying in this home again in the future.

beautiful home but.

Well when we reach our destination it was late, we proceed to open the lock box to retrieve the key from the box which took awhile the box didn't want to open after awhile it open. my advise is to replace it or go keyless. The house was beautiful the inside welcomes you. Five bedrooms four bath, very large on the inside , only three of the rooms had a TV. and of course the living had one. But couldn't watch it because it appeared the service was not activated on it so all we keep getting was a error on the screen, the garbage disposal didn't work and the wifi keep bluffing so watching a movie in the bedroom not. But we did enjoy the house, the pool and the air condition didn't keep the house cool even while it was cool outside.

Great house-- great location-- trying to get information from property manager was a pain. The only time she was immediate with a response was when I told her the pool wasn't heated -- she texted back about two hours later saying the pool was 90. Don't waste money on heating the pool it's not warm and after that initial message wasn't warm the rest of the time. The tv wouldn't play cable--I messaged her - no response--- the dryer wouldn't heat-- no response-/ my husband finally fixed the dryer but not what he wanted to do on my vacation!! Only rated 3 stars because of the lack of communication from property manager

Easter Vacation

Let me start by saying that we had a comfortable stay, in a good location for Disney. The house was as advertised and communication with the owner before arrival was good. This house fit our budget, which we realized was low for the number of people we had. The beds were comfortable & there were lots of towels. It could however use some updates. Even though we had a pleasant stay, there were a few things that may be helpful to others. For a house of this size (5 bedrooms, so potentially 10 people) there is enough cutlery for exactly 10, and not enough plates and glasses. There is 1 sectional in the living room area and it is old & uncomfortable. We didn't plan on staying inside, but we had a rainy day. Also, the TV's do not work. The owner said to contact the cable company, but the last thing I want to do on my holiday is be on the phone trying to figure out how to get cable TV. The salt water pool is nice, but there are no markings as to depth. Be aware that it drops off quickly. There is no rope for the deep end, or a rail on the stairs. There is also no skimmer net. It's there, but just the frame-there is no net. The lights in some of the bathrooms were missing bulbs, and outlets were coming out of the walls. The latch on the patio door is broken, making it impossible to lock the door. Over all we had a pleasant enough stay, but I would probably not stay here again.

The house is in a great location close to shopping, and the parks that we went to see. The kitchen was fully equipped; it had everything we needed for our stay. The washer and dryer they have is very nice. We enjoyed the pool on the days that we stayed at the house.

The place met our needs. We did have issues with internet. It was not a strong connection. I did let owner know so hopefully that will be updated. Make sure if you rent that you bring kitchen towels and dish cloths. There was only a couple towels. Lots of bath and beach towels. It had everything we needed. Great location to restaurants and grocery stores. Very close to Disney.
