Our one of a kind owner built sunken bar was meticulously built with no detail left out. recently updated in the end of 2023 spending 75k on new features. There is a Bluetooth sound system to play some tunes. The idea was built around the grill master is usually exiled to cook over in the corner by himself so you`ll find this space was instead centered around the man or woman of the hour the one cooking the food! Also our unique hot tub is the second center point

- Please note that our tropical Florida environment may bring about encounters with various critters and insects. While we do have monthly maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed, sealing food properly, and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us.

This property boasts a pool with dual pumps, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a fully functional kitchen. Step into the backyard oasis featuring a resort-style pool with water features, an 8-person hot tub with a swim-up bar, and a breathtaking waterfall effect. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a natural gas grill, ice machine and fridge, is perfect for entertaining. The house is equipped with a tablet to control the pool futures.

Pool and Hot Tub:
Enjoy unlimited use of the hot tub at no extra charge. If you wish to heat the pool, there is an additional $75 per day fee for heating the entire 24,000-gallon pool to 86 degrees (actual cost of the natural gas). If the air temperature is below 50° the heater can not be turned on. This is because the coils of the heater would freeze.
Kindly notify us in advance to ensure it is ready for your arrival. To maintain safety, please use plastic cups on the pool deck to avoid a $1,000 cleaning fee for broken glass.
Why the fee? Due to having to drain and professionally clean.


Pet-Friendly Policy:
Bring your beloved pets along for a delightful stay! We have a few guidelines to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. There is a $50 pet fee (includes 2) for the entire stay. Any additional pet is an additional $50.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds (a $200 charge applies for any evidence). Regrettably, dangerous breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Kindly inform us in advance about your pet. If your pet will have access to certain rooms, please remove removable rugs. Clean up after your pets, and avoid them using the artificial turf to maintain a pleasant environment. Natural ground is available in the front and backyard. Thank you!

Guests and Extra Guests Policy:
Our pricing is based on 1-4 people staying at the home. If your group exceeds 4 people for more than 1 hour, please adjust your guest count accordingly. There is a small fee of $25 per night for each additional guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all.

Other Important Information:
For security purposes, the front door and backyard area are monitored by exterior cameras. This is to prevent unauthorized parties and maintain the quality of our home.
No smoking indoors: $200 cleaning fee for violations. Smoking is permitted outside please discard the buts. This counts for cigarettes, marijuana, vapes etc.

Please note:
Lawn, cleaning, maintenance, or pool people may come to the property to do maintenance to ensure guests a comfortable stay. If we need access inside we will always call or message first.

If you are a new guest without reviews we charge a $200 deposit to be refunded at checkout after the cleaner leaves after check out and lets us know that the house is as it should be. These are the guidelines from Airbnb we like to share these with you.

Treat your Host’s home like your own :

Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, etc.).

Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.
The use of confetti, glitter, or similar decorative materials is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. These items are challenging to clean and can cause damage to surfaces and furnishings. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the Host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.

If this bothers you please do not rent our home. We`ve spent years building it and hours and hours a month maintaining it we do not need people causing problems for our home or the neighborhood.
Please inform us in advance, if your guest count has changed. A guest is anyone staying at the house longer than 1 hour NO EXCEPTIONS, guests = wear and tear, towels, toilet paper, electricity, ice etc. 25$ per person over the default included guests is not a lot to ask.
Check the maximum number of guests we allow at the property and note that we do not allow parties.
