In this master suite, you'll find a King size bed. There is also an attached, private bathroom, with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.
🛏️Bedroom 2:
Fun for the kids! In this professionally themed space, the kids will have a blast sleeping in the custom RV-style bunk beds. They will love spying all the "hidden" Disney characters in the Toy Story themed hand- painted mural on the walls. Playing the Nintendo Switch is sure to keep them occupied as well! This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
🛏️Bedroom 3:
Conveniently located downstairs, this Queen size bedroom offers a cozy retreat. There is an attached bathroom with a standing shower to ensure everyone has their own space.

The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare and enjoy all your favorite meals.
There’s even a Mickey Waffle Maker for a resort-style breakfast without the need to leave!

Good To Know:
The Driver's License is used to pre-register guests in the Security Gate system. Guests must present the same Driver's License at the Security Gate upon their initial arrival. The name on the license must match the name on the reservation.
If your group is arriving in more than one vehicle, each car must be registered separately and issued its own gate pass. A valid Driver's License is required for each driver.
Additionally, guests have full access to the resorts amenities, including the clubhouse, pool, and fitness center, and more.
If you arrive before check-in, you are welcome to use these facilities until the home is ready for you to enter.
You’ll receive a message 5 days before check-in inquiring if you’d like to add pool heat to your stay. Please reply within 48 hours to the message to ensure we can accommodate your request.
There is a Ring Doorbell camera at the front door and is recording 24/7 for security purposes.

Guest Policies and Requirements:
1a) A valid photo ID (driver's license or government-issued ID) is required to issue the SmartLock Code.
The ID must match the account holder who made the reservation
1b) No unregistered guests are allowed.
1c) Third-party bookings are not permitted.
1d) The booking guest must stay for the entire duration of the reservation.
2) A maximum of 3 vehicles is allowed.
3) Windsor Hills Resort enforces quiet hours beginning at 11:00 pm. We kindly ask all guests to be
considerate of others by keeping music and conversations at a reasonable volume, especially in the lanai area.
4) The property is to be used solely for residential and vacation purposes.
5) No early check in or late check out unless communicated and granted by host.
6) No pets.
7) No fireworks allowed on the streets, sidewalks, shared or private yards, covered patios, or driveways of the property.
8) Due to Florida's subtropical climate, all homes receive monthly pest control services. However, this does not completely eliminate the possibility of pests occasionally entering the home. Your cooperation
in keeping doors and windows closed during your stay, especially during the summer rainy season, is crucial for maintaining a pest-free environment.
To minimize the risk of pests:
- Do not leave food, fruits, or sweets out in the open.
- Wipe down counters and surfaces after meals.
- Avoid piling wet towels, as they can attract pests.
- Dispose of trash daily, as garbage pick-up is available every day.
If you encounter any pests, notify us so our pest control specialist can provide additional treatments if needed. For immediate action, bug spray is available under the kitchen sink.
Our cleaning team ensures our property is thoroughly cleaned and pest-free before check-in, if this is
not your experience, please let us know right away.

Air Conditioning:
9) Air Conditioning: The AC temperature must not be set lower to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Setting it below this limit can cause the system to freeze. If it freezes, the result is no AC until a professional can arrive to service the unit.

10) Pool Use: Guests use the pool at their own risk. The property owners assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries.
