Never again

We drove 24 hrs. straight from UP of Michigan to the hotel in Kissimmee. When we arrived, the hotel was locked and had a sign saying it had been sold and gave a couple of hotels in the area to stay. I had heard rumor of this and called 2 days prior to leaving and a man told me that it was false and my room would be ready. They did refund my money 5 days into my trip. I had to find a hotel in short order while working on no sleep. The point is that the person I spoke to lied and said my room would be ready.

Pire séjour dans un hôtel

Vomi devant notre porte qui n’a jamais été nettoyé bien que signalé. Manque d’eau chaude durant au moins 12h. Alarme d’incendie qui sonne sans raison et on se fait expulser par policiers et pompiers. Les lits semblaient propres mais les planchers très sales. Ne louez pas à cet hôtel.

Looked nothing like the pictures. Supposed to be a game room. There was one non-working air hockey table in the laundry room. No hot water for shower. Resolved after reported. I was called from Expedia about 15-20 minutes before I arrived that room wasn’t available. Sounded like a scam so I called hotel who said that it was available. No answers for that. Took 5 days for room charge to clear the bank. Cleanliness: ok. Housekeeping response for more towels: good. Lots of outdoor noise late during first night.

It was clean, check in was easy. The hotel is a bit run down, the furniture seems to be new, but the rest is lacking. Toilets are loose so they move when you sit, hot water is spotty and vending machines don't work.

Lo bueno : Hola, se pudo ver una ardillita...!! Personal lucha por ayudar en lo que puede. Lo malo: No Wi-FI, continuamente. Instalaciones exteriormente pesimas, bastante descuidadas. Desayuno todos los días lo mismo y al parecer los dueños del restaurante que no eran del hotel hasta se ponían enojados y rogaban que se acabe pronto el tiempo del servicio. Implementar restaurante propio del hotel. Saludos a Ana del servicio en el desayuno..!!! , gracias ..buena persona ..! Esteban desde Ecuador

Very Comfortable, the bed and pillows are the best, good hot running water, breakfast can get repetitive after the third day, don't try the eggs. But overall a great experience, will definitively come back.

I would never pay $$$ for this type of accommodation but due Christmas and last minute booking this is what I could fit into my budget. The place needs major renovations. Plus points:Check in was easy. Pool was good.

I walked into the establishment and there was an odor of cleaning products in the lobby and the hotel room. The room was very low budget, as soon as I opened the door I closed it and returned to the front desk and checked out. I went down the road to Fairfield of Marriott, they is an excellent hotel, from the staff (Kelly) at the front desk, housekeeping and the breakfast. I paid to stay at two Hotels from Dec 03- Dec 05. I do not recommend the Quality Inn & Suites Eastgate as a place to stay, I was very disappointed.

Our hotel room was very nice in appearance. The only negative factor was that the shower didn’t work. This was a deal breaker so we will not be staying here again

Al llegar, la habitación tenía un olor raro, aunque si estaba bien recogido. La razón de mi review es por el “desayuno continental”. Fue pésimo, llegué a las 9:00 am (el desayuno buffet termina a las 9:30) y estaba vacío. Nunca volvieron a rellenarlo y la señora del buffet estaba peleando por todo, su servicio fue de mala calidad. Dentro de lo demás, bien. Empleados del ‘front desk’ fueron muy amables.

Don’t waste ur time or money

Room was supposed to be queen beds, they were fulls. Water In shower went from hot to cold the whole time for me and my husband. Breakfast was horrible and the only thing hot was the waffles, the staff was in your way stocking everything bc it was such a small area for breakfast. Won’t be staying here again despite the price and I’m not normally picky..

Felt very unsafe- someone knocking at my door repeatedly. Changed rooms to be in a “safer” area. Horrible musty smell in the room. No hot water in the first room- won’t ever go there again.
