"This property was conveniently located to so many places, Disney World, grocery, outlet malls, without getting on a highway. The property filtered as a wheelchair accessible facility. It is technically, but restroom was hard to use w/o hand rails. The showers are definitely not for anyone who cannot stand. Property was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Didn’t like the check-in process. Again, so conveniently located and BEAUTIFUL!"

"The staff accommodations were absolutely lovely! I promise staying here again whenever I go to Orlando. The proximity to Universal Studios is well (work) whatever price you pay to stay at the hotel. They do have a free shuttle Busta in front of the parks however an Uber will run you anywhere between $5 to $25 depending on surge pricing. I really appreciate the fact that somebody was always available to answer my questions and never felt as though I was being bothersome."
