This two story villa is a delightful spacious and airy home which invites peaceful relaxation. It is minutes away from all the fun, activity and excitement that one could wish for! Whether it is the many theme park attractions, golf courses, airboat rides or just a swim in the pool.

Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Lake Wilson Preserve, a quiet community of villas designed to be perfect vacation homes. The massive south-facing pool deck with a beautiful blue in-ground pool and heated spa, backs onto the preserved native woodland making it one of the most desirable locations you could find. The sheltered exit from the house to the pool deck has a lovely eating area shaded from the sun and a full bathroom with a stand up shower, for washing off after your swim. Should you want to heat the pool and spa, it can be done at an additional cost.

The enormous master bedroom has a tiled walk-out balcony looking out onto the lush forest. The bed is king-size, and the addition of a sofa makes a comfy reading nook at one end of the room. The full on-suite bathroom has an additional soaker-tub. Two other bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the upper floor. The fourth bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen-size bed and adjacent full bathroom. The garage is where you will find the game room.

We had a very good stay here the only thing is the pool did give 2 of my kids pink eye in both eyes and its really bad but other then that it was a very nice place nice rooms nice neighborhood

Home away from home

We enjoyed the property! My teenage daughter and I were in town for a competition. It was close to the venue, close to the Disney Parks, but still had the accessibility as if you were at home. Local shopping, fast food, etc. Neighborhood was peaceful. We spent some time outside relaxing. Plenty of room inside and out

This was a very accommodating place to stay. Location is convenient and you don't have to worry about gate access. The owners were very friendly and promptly responded whenever I had a question. Everyone was very comfortable. I will definitely book this property for future visits!

Fantastic stay, didn’t want to come home.

Lovely big property and a peaceful location. Pool gets sun most of the day and the upstairs balcony was an added bonus. Location is great and close to Disney and celebration. Two mins down the road to great pizza place, smoothie cafe, publix, CVS etc. We didn’t want to leave and will be back.

Lovely large house with a huge master en-suite. Very peaceful location backing onto woods, we even saw a raccoon! One small, non urgent issue was dealt with very swiftly by the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Great villa in perfect location

We spent three weeks here in October 2018. The villa is fantastic, we loved it and had a great time. We have been to Davenport Florida about 5 times in the past few years and I have to say that this is the best villa we have stayed in. The owners are great with good communication, the management company was also excellent. We plan to return to Florida in a couple of years and I hope we are able to stay in this villa again.

Excellent stay in a great villa

Really helpful host with excellent communication in the lead up to the stay. Villa was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pool area was lovely and relaxing. The pool heating meant the pool was always warm and the spa was very relaxing. Beds were comfortable and master bedroom is huge. Great location for I4 up to the parks - even better when the roadworks are completed. Would definitely recommend!

Great home with everything you need!

Property as described! Clean and easy to manage with everything you need. About 5-10 minutes to grocery store, CVS and a few restaurants. 20-30 minutes to larger Orlando/Disney area. Community is quiet mostly and great for safe morning/evening walks.

Wonderful Property Away From Traffic

We loved our stay in this property. It was very quiet and the travel to and from the parks was a breeze. We didn't have that heavy stop and go traffic you get in other areas of Kissimmee. The grocery store is very close and a good size to get all your needs to prepare meals in the home. We had all the kitchen tools we needed. The management company is very nice and they were quick to respond to our issues.

Great vacation in a great villa

This is a lovely spacious villa in a great neighbourhood. We got chatting to one one of the neighbours during our stay. It is very well situated for the parks. This is the second time we have rented this villa. The new owners Christine and John have maintained the villa to a high standard, all communication during the rental process was great. We don’t have anything negative to say about the property, in fact we have already decided that we would like to stay in this villa again when we return to Florida in near future.

Great location and very nice owners

Loved the proximity to the parks, grocery stores etc. The owners Christine and John were very nice, fair and quick to respond to any questions. The property could use a few upgrades and some TLC which is not the fault of the owners, its the cleaning company. The pool was wonderful and we loved the lanai. They provided the cutest floaties and pool toys. Lounge pillows need to be replaced due to mold etc. Otherwise, great stay!

Hubby and I fell in love with the house. very clean and big. bigger than expected/on the pictures. loved the outdoor restroom. the master suite was the biggest we've seen. The property in a nice quiet peaceful neighborhood .

Some of the dishes was really dirty .including the microwave. The balcony was extremely dirty we couldn't step our foot on it including the table and chairs was very moldy . Over all we do enjoy the pool the house was spacious very nice could use some more updates .the host responded very quickly to our concerns .we recommend this home to others .other than our concerns we definitely will go back to this house again in the future

Excellent property - good hosts - would book again

We had a fabulous 20 days stay over Christmas and New Year. Having older children, and visited the area so many times, we don't do many theme park days and so spent a lot of our time at the house. It is a lovely, spacious, clean property in an idyllic setting backing onto the trees. The children loved the regular visits by local wildlife, many birds, eagles and a raccoon with 4 babies in tow. We even rescued a turtle from the middle of the road out the front (just moved it to safety, we didn't let it use the pool!!) My only tiny negative (and may not matter to most people) was the relatively small amount of crockery for a property this size. Could do with more dinner and side plates for 7 of us. There are enough to eat from but a few extra for serving up would be ideal. Also, an airer to hang the pool towels up to dry would be a nice addition. As I said, these are minor issues, overall we had an amazing time and as an independent travel agent I would definitely recommend this property to my customers. Thank you.

Relaxed Time in Amazing Villa

We spent here our last part of vacation after 2 weeks around USA and this villa was perfect to relax and cool of. Getting In touch with Mr Russell ,the owner, was very easy and he was very attendive. Check-in was smooth and once we entered in the villa we found everything clean and well taken. We were just 2 of us so we use just one bedroom and 2 bathrooms so our review can be only for this rooms and we can say that the villa is comfy and updated ! The WI-FI was super fast and had not issue. Location was a very important point for us and we researched a lot before booking this villa and now we can say that position is just amazing. Very few traffic and a lot of shops down the road. What we loved more was the POOL ! It's big enough for 2 and sunny almost the day ,also if there are many trees in the rear. We were lucky enough to see eagles from pool deck too ! Kitchen was well equipped and tidy. Main Bedroom,Upstair,was huge with huge bed(not very comfy the mattress,but maybe It was only for my back maybe). On the first day we had received visit of management company just to be sure everything was fine. We only had a small issue with spa,we let management know and they were ready to come and fix it. We would rent this villa again for our next vacation in July 2020 but it's already taken so have to change villa for this time.
