The Space:

Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom features a king‑size bed, offering a spacious, restful haven. A second bedroom also provides a king‑size bed, ideal for couples traveling together. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen‑size bed, creating a cozy nook. The fourth bedroom holds two twin beds, perfect for children or friends sharing a room.
Bathrooms and practical amenities
Three full bathrooms and one half bath give everyone plenty of space to freshen up. A washer and dryer are available for easy laundry, and plush towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are supplied for a hassle‑free stay.

The Neighborhood:
This beautiful resort community offers a family-friendly atmosphere and a variety of exciting recreational activities to enhance the fun!
The clubhouse has a TV room, computer room, games room, fitness center and changing rooms. The roughly figure-of-eight shaped swimming pool is step entry. One end has a fun splash zone for little ones, the other end gently slopes for adult swimming. Surrounding the pool there are plenty of umbrella covered tables and chairs, as well as a ping pong table and a pool table. Also available is a beach volleyball court and tennis courts.
Getting Around:
Located in an ideal location on US Highway 27, near the junction with Highway 192, around 10/15 minutes drive to the Walt Disney World Maingate area, within a short driving distance of Glenbrook there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Mostly fast-food type eateries, but there is a Chilis Bar & Grille, Olive Garden Italian, Applebees American restaurant, IHOP for amazing breakfast items and pancakes.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
