Our 7 bedroom, 4.5-bath, 2,834 square feet home, villa retreat, with a screened-in private pool, is waiting to welcome you for your next family or group vacation in beautiful Florida. Located in the famous Terra Verde Resort, which is designed for, and is accommodating to, vacationers to Florida. The community is safe and quiet. The community has two electric vehicle charging stations which are available for guest usage. There MAY be an additional resort imposed vehicle registration fee.
Our home is designed for comfortable family or group gatherings with open concept living. There are three bedrooms with king beds, two of which have ensuite bathrooms (one on the first floor and one with a crib), two bedrooms with queen beds, and two rooms with two twin beds in each room. There are a total of 4.5 bathrooms.
The home has a formal dining area, as well as a dining table in the kitchen, living room, family room (den) with a large screen TV with cable, TVs in every bedroom room, a game room, and a screened in pool. High speed Wi-fi is included throughout the home. The home includes a washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided. The community has security cameras as does the property patio.
