Maintenance during your stay will not be available unless it is an emergency or security concern. The home is inspected after each guest. This is a very important home to us, please respect and treat it as your own.

Alcohol and glass around the pool is not permitted due to safety risk. Glass is hard to clean out of a pool and it’s equipment!

Unfortunately pets are not allowed due to severe allergies. In the event a pet or pets are brought onto the property, a additional cleaning fee may be charged to sanitize the home.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have two external security video cameras located on the sides of the home, recording the lanai entrances/exits.

No unauthorized fires inside or outside the property.

Should temperature reach under 45 degrees pool heat will be halted with refund of pool heating as needed for equipment safety.

Guest are recommended to purchase travel insurance for the duration of their stay. June 1st to Nov 1st is hurricane season. Refunds will default to AirBNB policy.

Property was as described, everything was OK the only issue was the jet stream in the hot tub, due the the storm the week before I'm sure the minor issues will be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!!

Plenty of room for the whole family. Beds were comfortable but some a little noisy when you roll over. The pool and spa had a few issues but they were on it immediately. Great hosts!

House was beautiful and big. Had enough room for everyone. We had 3 family, a total of 23 ppl (kids, teens and adults). Kids enjoyed the pool and game room. We felt safe in the gated community. Great commications with the host.

Had a family vacation with with 12 adults and 5 children. Everyone enjoyed this house. The communication with the Cynthia prior to arriving and during our stay made everything go smoothly. The game room was amazing . Access to the club house was a big plus. I picked this home based on the pictures and description and We were not disappointed. Any issues that we had were taken care of immediately.

Our large family had a great time at this house our New Year's vacation. The property was clean and comfortable. The owners made it very homely with fully stocked kitchen and enough seating for a large group. The kids enjoyed the game room and themed bedrooms. They fought over each other on what bedroom to take. The host Cynthia was very responsive to our questions even during weekends and holiday. We really appreciated the quick response time. I would come back again!

We stayed at this 10 bedroom property which was walking distance to the clubhouse/pool/gym. There were some minor surface damages but nothing that interferes with our stay. The beds were cozy & there was plenty of space to accommodate our 17 guests. The manager responds to any message within 20 minutes - so any problem is immediately resolved. Only thing we found missing was a wine opener.

Our first night there our car was burglarized. The house was very spacious for a group of 13 with room to spare. My problem is our car was broken into and no one has reached out to us yet. I tried to give them time since our neighbor truck was stolen and 5 other cars was broken into as well. But as of yet no one has reached out to us

From beginning to end, the property manager/owner was great with communication! She helped me make some adjustments to my booking and took care of any additional needs I had. During our stay she was very prompt answering any questions I had. Everything was as described in the listing. The house was clean, well kept, carpet needs to be cleaned in between rentals if possible, but it still gets 5 stars for cleanliness. Lots of linens and towels provided, even the pool towels were plentiful. The kitchen was stocked with kitchenware. The kids/teens loved the game room! We rarely saw them, which was a good thing! The pool area was huge and fit our family of 15 comfortably with everyone outside in the area. Our family loved the themed rooms! There is so much space for everyone to spread out, we even had two unused bedrooms! This neighborhood has an amazing clubhouse that guests have access to, You could spend a whole day there, it has everything you could want or need, even cabana rentals! There are shops, grocery stores, and restaurants near by. Overall, I would recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again!

I was amazed by the response from the property manager. This is the first rental ever to respond in a timely manner. The only thing that was a burden was not beinf able to have friends stop by and just visit for a couple of hours. They could not get through the gate. You either had to bother the property manager to add them to the list or have them park at the publix next door and go get them. It was time consuming. Its nothing to do with the property itself just a little tip when your purchasing. The house was great and very spacious and had everything you need to make an enjoyable stay.

The check in process was easy and simple. The property manager was extremely nice. The house needs a lot of tender love and care. The cleaning staff for the property is horrible. During the walk through at arrive I found a dirty styrofoam plate in the game room on the floor. Toys left on the pool deck. A large grease stain on the pool deck. I wouldn't dare walk out there barefooted. The pool deck has weeds coming through the pavers. The showers has mold around the base that has been there for months if not years. The furniture upstairs and downstairs feels like you are sitting on the floor. There was a big gap in between the sectional upstairs pushed it together and a pair of men boxer shorts was under the couch. The cable boxes wouldn't come on in 4 of the rooms. A guy can to change the batteries and still couldn't get them to come on. The television in the Harry Potter room wouldn't come on. He had no clue as to why it wouldn't work. The kitchen sink had mold around the rim of the sink, the drawers in the refrigerator are broken and one of the cabinets in the kitchen is broken. One of the chairs at the dinning room table is broken. A few of the games in the game room is broken. Over half of the pool sticks has no tip. Screens missing from the windows. AC doesn't work very well. Had to go and purchase fans to cool the upstairs rooms. It was on 68 degrees and never stopped running because it never reach 68 degrees. It stayed around 75/76 degrees on the thermostat. At check out I could not get the door to lock a quick call to Cynthia she gave me instructions it still wouldn't lock she told me to leave and she would send someone to lock up. Overall this is the worse vacation rental I have ever booked. And it hurt me to say that because Cynthia was so nice and helpful. She even extended the checkout time to allow me to give the seniors in the group breakfast before we hit the road and not have to wake them so early.

We traveled with family and all the kids loved the pool (lots of night swimming) and the game room was certainly the hit of the stay!! The themed rooms were enjoyed by all the kids (especially the lighting in the large Star Wars room). We went to both of the on-site water parks and again, enjoyed by all and we lliked that they both were within close proximity to the house. And Publix is close too!!

This house fit my family of 22 comfortably and everyone had a great time in the heated pool and game room. We came to spend some quality time together and visit Disney parks. The drive to Disney is ~15 minutes which is an easy drive. The host Cynthia was very responsive to questions and checkin was smoothly arranged. Our kids loved the themed bedrooms and the game room. We had a great stay, highly recommend this house.

This is a wonderful house to spend 5 days with our kids and in-laws! Our large group of 12 adults and 10 kids fit comfortably. The house is clean and well appointed. The layout is nice to everyone has separate space. There are labels everywhere to make finding things easier. Cynthia is the greatest host and very accommodating. Communication went quick and smooth. Pool heat worked great so we all had a good time chilling outside. Kids spent days in the game room :). I will book this house again it's lovely.

This is our first family reunion this year and we loved the experience of our stay! Our family had separate parties arriving at different times. Check-in was so easy. The host Cynthia made sure all of us got through the gate smoothly. The house is HUGE. It fit my entire family comfortably and have room to spare. The kids spent most of their time in the game room enjoying all the games. Adults chilled by the large heated pool. The house is about 15 minutes drive to the parks and has all the convenience close by. The host Cynthia was very responsive to our questions and made sure we had extra towels in the house for everyone. It was a lovely experience and we would definitely come back to this house again.

Had a great family reunion at this house. We are already planning to come back for another stay. The house is big enough to fit our extended family. The Oasis club house is so fun to spend a whole day with many activities. The host Cynthia was attentive. She resolved some minor issues right away. The entire family loved the experience.
