Designed for families and built for fun, Storey Lake Resort offers it all! Situated around a scenic lake with a variety of water amenities and activities including a tropical resort pool with a lazy river, two waterslides, and a children's splash pad. Relax in the spa or sunbathe on the terrace and sand beach areas. Fishing, canoe, and kayak rentals are available at the community dock. Do not forget to get in a game of mini-golf, volleyball, or basketball. No additional fee for Clubhouse usage.

Elegant and modern sophisticated townhouse. Equipped with central air-conditioning system, flat-screen TVs, security system,5 bedrooms that can accommodate 12 guests and fully-equipped kitchen. This elegant Townhouse is a destination for those expecting a special and exclusive holiday with the warm atmosphere of your own home!

The private pool heater is NOT included with your stay. There is a separate fee of $35 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and It is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. must be requested with 2 days advance notice. Please note that the water may take up to 24 - 48 hours to heat up. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ Grill Fee $60 per stay. (Please request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival)
Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.
Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
Place any excess bags next to the bin.
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can’t weigh more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.

***For your safety, this home is equipped with outdoor security cameras outside by the front.

Great pre-cruise stay

Our family of 9 (ages 3 - 56) loved our stay at Storey Lake. The property was just as pictured, and had plenty of room. The splash park and pools were a short walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance too.

We had a vacation with friends and it was amazing! For 6 adults and 5 kids, it was PERFECT. The host was always quick to respond and super helpful. I only wish we stayed longer!

For our family of 11, including 5 children, the property was just what we were looking for. Lovely bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms and seating areas to cope with all of us. The resort pool area was well kept,a bit expensive to eat there but kids really enjoyed it. So close to Disney and attractions,plenty of places to eat and shop.We loved it and would certainly return.

Easter Family Reunion

We had a great stay at this property with ages ranging from 1 year old to 84 years old. Barbara was wonderful to work with and always attentive to our needs and questions. It was super easy to check in and checking out. Will certainly think about coming back next year if everyone in our family is available.

Great location to WDW!

The location was perfect - a short and easy drive to Disney. Lots of space for multiple families and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Only complaint was there were no dish towels or pot holders in kitchen, and no washcloths in bathrooms. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect getaway

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities this home had to offer. It was the perfect set up for multiple families with kids. Adriana, the property manager, was great to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had.

Great Time

Property was great! It felt like we were home - no cheap shortcuts you sometimes find when you are away. Beds were comfy, appliances were normal size and worked great, linens provided, decor was lovely. Private pool was great for the kids and the community pool was a nice option as well. Check in/out was easy-no need to track anyone down for help during our stay.

Great Stay

The property was very comfortable and easy access to groceries, restaurants and all the parks. Property management was awesome and accessible with any issue or questions. The unite was very clean, although it needs a paint refresh. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for our family of 8.

Our family vacation

The accomodations were nice. Bedrooms were great size. The living room area was small. The beach towels need to be replaced and it would have been nice to have basic amenities, like salt and pepper, on site. Basic spices would have been appreciated. Overall it was nice.

Family Trip was a Success

Overall, everything was pretty good! There was property damage by previous renters that wasn’t shown in the pictures & would have been nice to expect. Checking in was a breeze, the owners were more than fantastic in their communication, and we all loved being able to stay together so close to the parks. Thank you!
