-POOL Heat is available for $35 per night and must be purchased for the duration of your stay. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so.
- Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
- Please note that Storey Lake registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.
- Guests are expected to respect the resort's quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules and/or cause disturbances in the community.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened-in lanai/pool area. Guests found smoking will be required to pay for additional cleaning/deodorizing and will be asked to vacate the property with no refund of rental monies.
- Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a fine and an immediate termination of your booking.
- Pets are not permitted in the home. Any violation of this will result in a 100% forfeit of the stay and a request to vacate the property with immediate effect.
- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.
