Self catering Villa sleeps 8 situated on secluded gated resort with golf course and childrens play area, 2 min from 192 attractions.20 min drive international airport,brand new 60 inch tv just been put in Fully air conditioned .Furnished to an excellent standard ensuring your holiday is both relaxing and enjoyable. There is cable TV ,DVD player, free internet access, u.s.,canada calls and a new games room with 8 ft pool table,table soccer,darts and table tennis table,.Boasting a west facing view overlooking a tranquill lake.The main room is large and spacious with plenty of room for all the family to relax after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen dining area complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, with patio doors leading to spacious pool and deck area. The family sized washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are provided and a full compliment of towels. master bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed, 42 inch TV large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. There are 3 other spacious bedrooms,1 queen sized bedroom and 2 twin beds en suite. The pool area provides ample space to soak up the Florida sun and pool heating 25 dollars a day,pets are allowed at a 125 dollar fee

This is a very nice home. Clean and has just about everything you would need for a home away from home. A little wear and tear from usage but very well kept. I would definitely stay again. If you like to fish, the lake is literally just a few feet from the back door.

This was a beautiful house with so much space. It was so clean, we felt like we were the first people to stay here. The pool and pool area was so relaxing. It was quiet. The beds and bedding were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Repeat guest :). This house meets all the marks for us. It’s safe and in a quiet neighborhood, VERY clean, has a pool, lots of food options, and is pet friendly. It’s nice to have actual cable as well. If this is going to be just a home base for theme parks it’ll fit the bill. However, the home seems to be neglected and has a lot of cosmetic and functional wear and tear and is a little shabby. If you don’t need beautiful, insta-worthy aesthetic and just want a good spot to lay your head with your kids and pups, this is a good choice.

The house was very cozy. Loved that all rooms were on the same level. The pool lights up at night and the kids thought that was cool. The neighborhood is very quiet. Felt safe, would rent again for sure.

Fun time

Property was in a good location. Although the neighborhood was nice, a SWAT team was at the neighbors and had our cars blocked in, and the next morning we was woke up by the police at a different neighbors.The pool view was nice and the pool was a good size and clean. I would suggest bringing your own towels and wash clothes. There wasn't enough towels for the size of my family and there wasn't any wash clothes. There is a washer and dryer but who wants to spend everyday washing towels on vacation. Also, bring or buy garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, and dishwashing liquid. I have stayed at plenty of VRBO that provides these things.

Loved this villa - very clean and large. More than enough space for everyone. Pool was clean and ready to use, we spent most of our time in Disney, but the beds were comfortable and the location was reasonable for the price.
