Amazing home!

This place was wonderful. Everything you need. The house pool was amazing and a refreshing end to our day. The club house pool was so much fun. The home was very clean. Kathy was so wonderful and available for anything we needed.

Great property and features!

We had a wonderful stay at this 5-bedroom townhome for our family vacation! The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do, but tucked away just enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city. The home itself was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It had all the essential appliances and even a few rolls of toilet paper and items to hold you over until you go shopping (an air fryer would’ve been a nice bonus, but definitely not complaining). Our property manager, Kathy, was incredibly communicative, sweet, and helpful throughout the entire process. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location

We loved the house and its proximity to the clubhouse! I stayed there with my teenage son and my parents, and it was the perfect setup for us. Everything was exactly as described, making our stay smooth and comfortable. Communication with Kathy was excellent before, during, and after our stay—she was always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Cute place pretty close to parks.

This was a nice home. Kathy was super attentive and checked in on us. The house was just the right size for us. The resort itself had a nice pool and free games room. This place has a lot of glass tables, dishes, etc so if you have really tiny ones this may not be the best for you.

We loved the 5 bedroom townhouse. It was clean, spacious and having our own pool was great. Kathy checked on us, made arrival and departure so easy. The lazy River at the resort pool was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful trip in a beautiful home.

The property was perfect for our family of 9. Relaxing for grandparents, activities for kids of all ages and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The ability to do laundry and cook for the group was wonderful.

Family Vacation

10/10 we will definitely be back! The house is so beautiful and accommodating! We had ages from 7 to 70 with us and everyone enjoyed the house, and location! The house was large enough to stay with all 8 of us comfortably. The kids lived in the pool, that was a great addition in its self. Only 20 short minutes from all Disney attractions and only 1.5 hours from the beautiful New Smyrna beach! The first floor queen suite was ideal for my mother is has handicap limitations. All the rooms and bathrooms where a great size as well. The house is only about and hour from Orlando Airport.And last but not least.. KATHY was wonderful to speak with and work with as the host of the house.

Awesome Disney Vacay

Our stay at Windsor at Westside was amazing!! The house was exactly as listed. Very spacious and inviting. Kathy was wonderful! The resort amenities and clubhouse were perfect for the kids especially with the rain from T.S. Deby. Will definitely stay here again. 5+ stars in our book.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean. We loved the private pool at our condo and also the lazy river and larger pool near the clubhouse. Our grandkid enjoyed the play area. Felt very safe. The property manager was very efficient in providing information and was quick to response to a request. We really appreciated that they provided equipment for a toddler such as a stroller, baby monitor, etc…. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay, having the private pool was a game changer! The house is beautifully maintained, location is easy and convent to Disney. Our children loved the clubhouse and all the extras. Amazing for families with kids!

We stayed for 2 weeks at Windsor at Westside and had an amazing time. We have an 8 year old, 5 year old, 2 year old, and 7 month old. The property was spacious, had a lot of extras (box fan, baby monitor, pack and play, stroller, keurig, mickey mouse waffle maker, etc.), and the amenties were really fun. The lazy river was great, we enjoyed the zero entry pool with the waterpark feature for our youngests, and the hot tub was a plus! It was only a short walk (a block) to get to these, so going back and forth for nap time was a breeze. Our host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and checking in and out was easy. Oh and the outsude patio had really nice seating options, so I could still lay out while the baby napped and the bigger kids could still play in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as advertised and communication with the property manager was perfect! The pool didn’t seem to be heating while we were there, but our money was quickly refunded. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need and our kids loved the themed rooms! Will definitely be back.

Lovely townhouse

Our overall stay was very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for me and my family of 6. The townhouse was very clean and felt like a home away from home. Kathy was quick to respond to any questions I had and made checking in and out easy. Although we didn't use the pool at the home it a great addition to have. We did take the kids to the clubhouse pool for the kidzone and lazy river, and they really enjoyed it. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great value property

The propoerty manager was wonderful with communication. The property itself was clean and roomy. The only issue was with our neighbor's behavior, whichwere not conducive to a younger family. Short of that the property itself was everyrhing that it advertised.

Great for Families

Windsor at Westside is a great vacation home for families! Within 30 minutes to parks and close to shopping. The townhouse was clean, spacious and close walk to community pool and clubhouse. Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The pool of the townhouse was very small but perfect for us to still have lots of fun. The property manager. Kathy was absolutely fantastic! She was quick to respond and act on any questions and/or issues we may have had.The photos of the clubhouse are outdated as it no longer has a spot to buy basic groceries.There are lots of places to buy groceries within a 10 minute drive though.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhouse and would highly recommend it.A big ‘Thank you’ to Kathy for her part in making our stay a positive experience!

Loved it!

The property was exactly as pictured. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of activities to do in the townhouse and on property. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need, with the exception of baking sheets. The location is very convenient to theme parks, shopping, and grocery stores Kathy was FABULOUS to work with checking in on us on a regular basis. As noted in a previous post, if you are traveling with more than one vehicle, the second car will need to park by the club house which is a short walk away. We knew this before we booked. The clubhouse is a short walk from the rental but it is not well lit at night. This unit is at the end of the building which makes it nice. We were lucky enough to not have neighbors next to us most of the week. The last 2 nights they were there, they were a bit loud on their patio at 11:30 PM This was a great place to relax and have fun. I would highly recommend it.

Great for a family Disney stay

We were in town for the Disney marathon weekend and were staying for a week. We had a great stay! Compared to other properties we have stayed at in the same area it seemed to have nicer/newer carpeting and overall nicer finishes. The pool at the townhouse is small but is great for littler kids or to take just a quick dip. Townhouse is close enough to walk to the resort pool (just a couple minute walk). The resort pool is heated and is great for kids (lazy river and slides). It is a little bit of a drive to Disney but is manageable. It is very close to grocery stores and other restaurants. There are only two things that I think could have made it any better. First, would be to have a little more on the kitchen supplies front (there is just one small cookie sheet for example). Since we were not doing any major cooking it was not a major issue. Second, the game room was pretty sparse compared to others we have stayed and, the air hockey table was missing the paddles and there wasn’t a lot else in there. Outside of those two things were as a great property and value and would stay again.

Family-friendly stay

The property is as described. The rooms are spacious and it was nice to have 1 room downstairs with a full bathroom. Half bath is outside by the pool which we discovered on day 2, which was nice. Pool is smaller than it appears in photos but was perfect for us. Kitchen had all the basic dishes, pots and pans. I would recommend a large baking sheet (it only has a small one). Also, we brought our air fryer as we were aware there was not one. The can opener did not work well and the leasing agent actually brought one to us and that was a nice surprise. Air conditioner was not working when we arrived, repair guy was there within 2 hours and repair was made and no other problems. Entry door has a safety alarm that is quite annoying, but if you have small children it would be great as you know they will not be able to access the pool area without you and all the neighbors knowing about it. They were able to disable it for our stay, we had to take full responsibility of all family members around the pool. Air hockey table did not work and apparently it was a known to them, off and on issue. We were disappointed but not a deal breaker as there is a game room on site and the games were free, so that was great. Resort pool was nice, everyone enjoyed it. Community seemed safe. None of the gates with keypad entry, including main gate were working for our 9 days, we had to enter at main entrance and provide address. Overall, the stay was great. We would recommend this listing
