Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Left standing at door unable to get in with child in wheelchair.

Absolute WORST. could never get owner to respond & VRBO kept saying I had to give them till check in time the day of booking. Got left standing at door with granddaughter in wheelchair. VRBO response was to say we will cancel the booking and give a refund. They did not offer to help find an other place!! We were on our own during spring break to find a place wheelchair accessible. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
