The screened patio offers privacy and comfort, featuring a private pool and a BBQ grill.
• BBQ use requires a US$ 60.00 fee and must be requested in advance.
• Pool heating is optional at US$ 40.00/day and must be requested at least 5 days before check-in.
• For last-minute reservations, ask for availability. If possible, a US$ 50.00 activation fee applies for sending someone to turn it on. The same rule applies if heating is requested during the stay.
