We came in for a family vacation to Disney World and had amazing time. The house was absolutely gorgeous. The location was great everything was about 10-15 minutes away from the house. From Walmart, Target, to Publix lots of shopping and plenty of restaurants in the area. The host was absolutely great he check in on us several times to make sure everything was going well or if anything was needed. I have book several homes in the past this one was by far one of the best experience yet. We would for sure book again.

The house was comfortable, very spacious, accurately described, and felt like my family's home away from home. The owner Victor was very responsive and professional and was a pleasure to interact with. The home has some visible wear and tear but is still very beautiful. My family and I were very pleased with the home and we plan to stay here again.

Champions Gate is a beautiful subdivision. Our home was perfect. It was my daughter’s first birthday. We had about 15 ppl in our party. The accommodations were perfect for our party. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a perfect family meal. The pool was clean. Our host was very informative and easy to communicate with. We have no complaints. We had a wonderful time.

We have stayed in this neighborhood numerous times. It’s a great value for the size of the homes but it can get loud and busy since it’s all rental properties. The neighborhood pool area has a great lazy River although they never have enough tubes, they don’t allow any outside food or drinks (even water bottles) and charge an absurd amount for their mediocre food and drinks. They also allow people to bring their own Bluetooth speakers and play them loudly by the pool which can be annoying. There’s a nice water slide and a fun play area for little kids. The water is very cold in the kids play area. There also aren’t enough chairs by the pool so get there early or you won’t get one. The house itself is very well designed. It has lots of seating in the living room and a huge outdoor seating area as well which was great for our large group. This owner includes more with the rental than some of the other owners in the neighborhood which was nice. There is a grill and heating the pool was $25 per day which was well worth it because it also included heating the hot tub. This owner also allows you to set the AC at whatever temp you want and doesn’t lock it at too warm of a temp like some owners do. The garage is full of games - ping pong, air hockey, basketball, fooseball and a tv. There’s also a nice theater room upstairs which our teens loved. They also have an Xbox in the upstairs living room which was nice on the rainy day we had. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The house was clean. As with most rental homes there were a few things that didn’t work - several of the TV remotes we’re out of batteries or didn’t work. The dishwasher top rack was broken and difficult to slide in and out. The drawer pulls on some of the dressers were broken. The cushions on the outdoor couch were dirty and need to be replaced. But, overall it was a nice place. The kitchen had everything we needed including Tupperware for leftovers. There were plenty of bath and pool towels. It would have been nice if there were dish clothes but we got by with paper towels. The house is located on the back side of the pool which means that despite being close by, you have to walk all the way around to get there. We were a little annoyed because the owner marked the home location as the house closest to the pool on the Vrbo app but it’s actually about a 5 minute walk from there.

We just got back from an entire family vacation. There were 22 of us ranging from 70 to 9 months. We stayed a week and we enjoyed the house and our time together. There is plenty of space In the house to spread out and you don’t feel like you are on top of each other. We used the game room and pool at the house daily. One night we came home from the parks and the air wasn’t working at 10pm at night. Contacted Victor the property manager and someone was out in 30 minutes to fix it. Nothing serious but when it’s 96 during the day it doesn’t take long to heat up. The Area- There are lots of places nearby to eat and Publix and Target are close. The clubhouse at the property was nice with a bar/restaurant and pool that we enjoyed. Traffic is insane so just realize that to get anywhere it’s going to take a while and this is coming from someone that lives in a suburb of Chicago. It was generally a quiet place and the Champions Gate area is well maintained and beautiful. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for making part of our family vacation a memorable one!

Great communication from the property owner, he was very quick to respond, even when I messaged him on the weekend. We had a few questions and minor issues and he was quick to respon/resolve. Like every rental property, there were things that were “lived in” (outdoor couch, some areas on the rugs) but overall it was a very good experience and we were definitely stag again!!
