Great property and great location. Quick 20 minute drive to Disney. Lots of space to spread out. The on site pool was awesome! Would definitely stay again!

Short Stay

Needed a place to stay and relax (one family member was having a medical procedure nearby). House was nice, comfortable, could accommodate a large family/friend group. Perfect for what we needed. Very close to Universal although we did not do any parks this trip.

Great Condo with lots of personal space

Two families split this condo. It worked out so well with 3 ensuites and the extra beds in the third bedroom. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Complex was great as well. We had a great stay.

Golf/Universal Trip

I booked this for my son and I to come in and play golf for a few days. There was so much room that I asked my wife and daughter to join and go to Universal. Beautiful property, great location, awesome pool area. Truly nothing negative to stay. Love having the 3 floors to provide everyone with their own space when they wanted it yet a great area to hang out and night to watch TV as a family.

Vista Cay Resort

Overall our experience at this townhome was very good. We were only there a few days for a convention and this location was perfect for our needs. We had a good experience and would definitely stay here again. Please note this is a townhome with three floors. Stairs might be an issue if you are traveling with elderly people. Luckily, there is a bedroom on the first floor, so my parents were able to sleep there. This was not too big of a deal since we were only there a few days. It had great accommodations and was very clean.

The property is a in great location, especially for the new Epic Univese park. The layout was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The host was always prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. Would recommend!

3 night stay

Pros: Nice condo, nice neighborhood, very close to the Hilton where our event was. Good communication with host. reasonable price. Well decorated. Cons: kitchen ants and minor repairs. downstairs bathroom has NO lock. downstairs bedroom lock does not hold. Electrical outlet in downstairs bedroom is faulty. sheetrock repair in downstairs bathroom was poorly done. Dishwasher is NOT secured to cabinet and falls out partially when the door is open and the trays are slid out (just an annoyance) Overall: we would stay there again. Pleasant stay.
