Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The villa accommodates up to 14 guests across five bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. The primary ensuite on the first floor offers a king bed, smart TV, rain shower, soaking tub, & bidet. A second ensuite upstairs features another king bed and smart TV. Additional bedrooms include one with two queen beds, a themed Finding Nemo room with two single beds, and a room with one full and one twin bed. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and ceiling fan, ensuring everyone has their own retreat.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
