Welcome to Sommer Oasis, a stunning 7-bedroom villa located in the prestigious Champions
Gate gated community. Perfect for large families or groups, this home offers a private screenedin pool with child safety fence, outdoor patio furniture with sun loungers, and spacious living
areas ideal for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops,
stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast island, complemented by a formal dining area for
memorable family meals.

The villa’s bedrooms are designed with comfort and style in mind. The first floor offers 2 king
bedrooms, one with a private ensuite and the other with a shared bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find
5 more beautifully appointed bedrooms, including themed options like a Marvel room with 2 full
beds and a Mickey Mouse room with 2 twins and 1 full bed. Additional king bedrooms ensure
there’s plenty of space to accommodate up to 18 guests comfortably.

Entertainment abounds at Sommer Oasis with a dedicated games room featuring a ping pong
table, mini basketball hoop, and darts board. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying a family
meal, or challenging each other in the games room, this luxurious villa is your perfect Orlando
escape.

● POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.


● GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Stay

Hiw do you cook bacon and eggs with one pan. One oven only have one rack. Missing 3 racks. No rags in the bathrooms. TV at pool didn't work and all TV didn't work. Dishwasher doesnt clean good. And dryer sound like it would take off in fly. The house next had party came back from Busch Garden c o unr find parking space and go to let kids swim to much POT smell. Will not stay again at this house. We have stay VRBO property and everythings was great.

Family trip

This place was really nice. Very clean. The ants are terrible outside of the kids left anything sitting for too long then ants were all over it. We never could get the tv outside or in the play room or loft to work. We did contact the property about it but they never responded. We would stay again though it was very close to Disney like 20 min. One morning it took 30 min. I’m giving it a 4 bc it’s annoying that they wouldn’t reply once we checked in. It was just about the tvs in the other rooms but it still would have been nice to use them.
