Great! But shouldn’t have to buy toilet paper and trash bags

Honestly, a nice place, convenient, comfortable, and roomy. I was disappointed that upon staying at a nice place that I would need to buy extra toilet paper and trash bags. Only one roll was left in the guest and main bathrooms for a five day stay. Only one trash bag as well. It seems for the cost, an extra four bucks in basic necessities and a trip to the store isn’t on my list of things I should do on vacation. I did send a text about it and got nothing in return. I got messages about everything else however. A nice place, but they should take care of their guests a little better.

Dirty and expensive.

Was charged a large up front cleaning fee of $ and upon arrival the place was dirty, musty and dated. Ad said average $ per night but total was double for two nights. Not a good place to stay. Communicated with host about all the issues and no refund of any kind. Our last day before checking out a maintenance man came into the condo unannounced at 730am while our female friend was sitting on couch in her pjs. The host said he assumed we had already checked out. Check out was at 10 am. Avoid this listing!

Location great, Unit not very clean

Great location, enjoyed the pool and game area in resort. The unit we stayed in was very spacious, however there was thick dust on the fans and some of the baseboards were really dusty & dirty too. Also, there was a musty urine type odor in living area when we first arrived. I would definitely come back to this resort, but not this unit.

Very nice and convenient

We were here for a volleyball tournament and to visit some parks and the condo was very convenient to all. The condo was very spacious for my family and had everything needed for an enjoyable week. Thanks and will book again when we go back to Orlando.

The property was nice and an easy drive to all parks. Plenty of room for 3, but easily could accommodate 6 adults. There was no time to use the pool, or exercise areas, but found to be very nice. Gated community, so less chance of issues. The condo was comfortable and had most “basic” kitchen comforts. Huge washer and dryer to keep up with required laundry. 3rd floor property with elevator close! I would recommend for family vacation to Orlando Theme Parks. Airport 15 minutes, Parks are between 5 minutes and 20 minute drives.... easy highway drives. Grocery store “Publix” 1/4 mile away with everything you’ll need to stock up. Close to a lot of things.

Beautiful Villa in an amazing location! Friendly owners and staff as well.

I will forever be thankful for the gratitude shown by the owners of this villa! My family had plans to stay friday thru Sunday however due to living in a mandatory evacuation location during hurricane Michael the owners not only allowed us to change our dates and come early ahead of the storm but discounted our stay and checked on us and our residence after. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend and stay again myself if in the area!

An Amazing Property

This luxury condo was amazing. The location is great as well near all area attractions, shops and restaurants. The condo itself is very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. absolutely perfect in so many ways.

From the time the reservation was made to the time we were checking in-Irina ensured that we felt welcome. once inside we were surprised at the space and overall feel of the property. does not feel like a rental-we were very much at home. we could have made a vacation by the pool, hot tub and pool bar without going to Disney or the beach. we were 2 minutes from the Orlando eye, 10 minutes to sea world, and 10 minutes to Disney. we also took a 40 minute ride to cocoa beach. perfect location. could not have asked for more.
