Best house for a girls getaway

We loved it! Rooms were beautiful and kids rooms were super cute. Movie room was an added plus. Wide open layout and comfortable furniture for lounging.

Welcoming home.

The place was just as listed we had a great time. This is our 2nd time staying with them out of 5 trips. Everything was as expected, only issue we had was with the weather. We will be staying with them on our next trip down.

Perfect Place for Park Experience

Very nice house clean, with plenty of room. Well decorated with disney rooms and Mickey in the pool. Pool and Hot tub are nice with a nice barrier to block kids from the pool which can also be easily removed. Nice location about 15-20min from any park. Walmart 6 min away. Food not much further. We had a little bit of an issue with the sound system in the theater but it did not take away from our trip. Overall I'm very happy with the stay it was an excellent place to stay. I would recommend this house for sure. You will not be dissappointed.

Grandson 5th Birthday Vacation

"We were impressed as soon as we opened the front door. The house was beautifully decorated, and soft music was playing from both tvs upon our entry. This house is super clean, and updated throughout. It has eveything you could need, including dishes and cooking supplies. This house was very comfortable for our group of 7 people (5 adults 1 teen and 1 child). The entertainment room is very spacious and provided a great space to watch tv and play board games. And, with 4 full bathrooms, that space was always available when needed. The house is located within a short riding distance to stores and Disney World. All communication with the property managers was excellent. I received prompt replies, and they were always very courteous. we had a Blast!!! We plan to always stay at this house, whenever possible, when we return to Florida" Thank you !!!!!

We had a great say. It's everything you said it would be. I have a couple of suggestions. (1) The shower heads in each bathroom should be upgraded. The pressure was very weak. (2) The bedroom across from the master bedroom should have window tints apply. The room was very hot. (3) The AC temperature should at least be able to be lowered to 70 to be comfortable. 72 was too hot. (4) The hot tub was not hot. It was lukewarm. Other than these couple of suggestions you have a beautiful home!

Great stay

We booked this house mainly to stay and use the pool. We didn't have many plans during our trip this year to Florida. The place was very clean. Listing was just as described. We paid the the pool heat, and even though it was high 80s everyday, we were happy we did. This is the first vrbo I stayed in Florida (we go every year) with an actual hot tub. With the jets on, it got hot, not just warm like most houses. This was a huge plus. The pool was perfect for my girls 10 and 12. The pool maintenance, does show up unannounced, and it did startled us. (He goes right to the pool door) However, he was extremely nice and was done quickly. He showed up on a Wednesday, not sure if he keeps the same schedule every week. This wasn't a huge deal, just something to be aware of. There is a park and basketball court in walking distance from the house. We would definitely stay again. The house was prefect for what we needed. Property manager was very quick to response and help when we reached out.

Perfect Location

Our military family (active duty & veterans) met up for a week of hanging out. The house was really nice and in a perfect location. It was true to the photos online. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious. The property management company was absolutely outstanding. Whenever we sent a text, they responded immediately. I would definitely recommend.

Convenient

Spacious home which fit our large group well. The neighborhood was conveniently located and the location felt very safe. We noticed in a past review that some basic amenities were well stocked but we did wish we would have had more (lacked paper towels, cooking basics like salt/pepper/cooking spray). Two of the extra fans we tried to use at night rattled significantly and were therefore essentially not usable. Beds were comfortable but pillows were a little flat across the board. Common areas were super open and comfortable. Home was clean and fit our needs, we hope to return next year!

Fantastic Accommodation

The property is just as described. Spacious, modern, clean and home from home. There were 10 of us in our party and there was plenty of room for us all. The location is ideal for those wanting a quiet place to stay but within around 20 minutes of the Disney Parks.

Great home away from home
