There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.
There is a fantastic new billiards/games room. Linens and towels are provided. wireless internet are included.

The community amenities include a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, heated zero-entry community pool with a water slide and dancing fountains, heated community spa, 38-seat surround sound movie theater, arcade, fitness room, tennis courts, putting green, sand volleyball, basketball courts, adventure playground, Gazebo picnic area and walking trail around the entire community and lake. Property was great and as advertised. Only not picky complaints are that the toaster doesn’t work and kitchen trashcan needs to be replaced (nearly impossible to put a trash bag in there. Overall, great house for big groups.

Wonderful stay

This was a wonderful home for us and our children! Close to Disney, and the pool was an absolute blast! Very clean place, hosts were great about getting back to us. We would definitely stay here again!

Very disappointing

Very disappointing , The light in the downstairs bathroom wasn't working. One of the toilets kept running water all the time. A/C upstairs not working very well. It needs a good cleaning.

Excellent Place to Rest

The property was incredible and matched the pictures exactly. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, which helped a lot in overall stress. The game room was very nice and a fun distraction, and the pool was amazing. Everything was clean and overall it was an excellent place to stay while hitting Disney World all week.

Nice house

The house was overall nice. Pros: large with lots of space and cute Disney decorations. Cons: we have 4 kids and after having a pool day there at the house, every single one of them came out of the pool with blisters on their hands and feet, 2/4 were bleeding on toes, we think it was a combination of too much chlorine and rough pool bottom. Dish washer didn’t work properly, and beds weren’t the most comfy, we went to Walmart and bought a mattress topper. But overall it was a nice stay!

Great location with a fireworks view

We were very pleased with our stay over the last 10 days. The house is showing a bit of wear that was not reflected in the pictures. However, everything was very clean and the host was incredibly responsive. We enjoyed the pool immensely and even the distant view of fireworks from Walt Disney world. Would definitely stay again

Nice vacation home for families.

The home was very nice. It met all of our families’ needs. There were a few issues with normal wear and tear of a rental. The decor was a neat theme throughout the home! I Would recommend it to anyone!

Spacious and Cozy Home

We recently stayed at this home in Windsor Hills, and overall, it was a great experience. The house had plenty of room for our group of seven (four adults and three kids), and everything was clean and comfortable. The home itself is really nice and cozy, and we felt very relaxed during our stay. The only suggestion we have is regarding the living room couch. Given how cozy the home is, we think it would be perfect with a bigger, fluffier sectional to provide more seating for family time in the living area. It would make the space even more enjoyable for everyone to gather together. Despite a small incident outside of the homeowner’s control, we absolutely fell in love with this home and would definitely love to book it again in the future!
